We had a great experience for lunch, ordered ramen and surprisingly it was super fast to serve.
The flavor of the pork spicy one was amazing. My friend who had the beef one also commented it was superb.
Will come back to try the sushi rolls.

Very good service, very delicious food, I recommend it
I came in and ordered a shrimp tempura roll, the spicy signature jin ramen, and two cha shu ramens. The roll tasted decent, although the sauce was too salty and didnt bring that sweetness that you would typically look for in eel sauce. The ramen, at first glance, did not look at ALL like the pictures on the menu, and the broth tasted almost like packaged instant soup. The noodles were a bit too soggy, but the toppings were what really turned my entire party off. Not many classic toppings you'd see on any decent bowl of ramen, and instead of some good quality cha shu that would be expected of a CHA SHU RAMEN, we got deformed brown lumps of what appeared to actually be some low-quality beef, again NOT AT ALL like the pictures. They do not offer delicious soft-boiled eggs that good ramen is known to have, instead only having overly salty hard-boiled soy sauce eggs. And it really caught me off guard that they had put raw onions as a topping, which my entire party quickly removed from the broth, along with the chunks of mystery meat. The poor server who was serving us seemed to have no idea what we were talking about when we asked about getting a side of black garlic oil, and instead someone who seemed to be the owner walked by and semi-rudely stated "we only put it on our chicken ramen" and the server looked confused, which goes to show how terrible the training system is. Overall, would not recommend to anyone who has ever tasted actual sushi or ramen. And definitely never coming back and telling everyone I know never to come back, especially after hearing about the horrible working conditions the employees have to endure, with them having no place to store their personal items, so they have to resort to storing them in the bathroom. Yikes. Go to Kusshi instead, literally right down the street.

I really wanted to love this place, but I left with mixed feelings. First, I want to commend the servers and kitchen staff—they do their jobs well and provide excellent service. However, the individual who handles payments and stands by the door needs to go. His behavior is detrimental to the restaurant's atmosphere. He consistently yells at and demeans the staff, which creates a tense and uncomfortable environment. It’s unacceptable to see an employee treated this way in front of customers. Additionally, he doesn’t provide a proper storage area for their personal belongings, instead directing them to leave their bags in the bathroom. If things don’t change, this individual could be the downfall of the restaurant.
Regarding the food, the menu needs some reworking. The sushi was the highlight, but the ramen options were disappointing. I’ve had ramen in many cities and countries, and this was among the worst. The inclusion of a cup of onions was baffling, and toppings like red cabbage and spinach were unusual choices. Typically, veggie ramen would feature ingredients like nori, mushrooms, edamame, corn, green onions, or bok choy. The miso broth was essentially just miso soup, and the broth in the spicy ramen was so watered down that my boyfriend couldn’t finish his bowl. We ended up leaving our ramen bowls mostly full and ordered more sushi instead. Overall, the experience was disappointing, with the only redeeming qualities being the sushi and the excellent service from the servers and kitchen staff.

Extremely disappointed and sad about my last experience. I’ve been coming here for literally decades, and my family and I celebrate milestones at this restaurant. My boyfriend and I decided to come here to celebrate our one year anniversary and although we were there 35 minutes before they close, they would not allow us to sit and order. I’ve been here countless of times and I’ve even been here 15 minutes before they close and was never turned away. To get here so early and be turned away during our anniversary night after being a loyal customer for decades is heartbreaking. It was really sad and when we took our food to go, they actually messed up our order. They completely ruined our anniversary. We did not deserve that after the loyalty would’ve given this restaurant throughout the years. It’s a shame.

If I could give this place zero stars, that's what I'd give them. We have never had such lousy service at a restaurant. My son ordered the beef ramen, but he ate only two bites of it because he found it was too oily. The people there refused to take it off of our bill and refused to offer anything else he'd prefer like sushi or maybe try giving him a soup that wasn't too oily. The manager said, "We already served it. I can't use it again." Apparently their team never learned that (1) one can mitigate it by offering something else that's not too oily or (2) that the customer is right. We will never go here again. I've come here in the past, but this is the first time we had difficulty getting the servers' attention (my son tried to get the server's attention multiple times, but she just kept passing us without making eye contact). I'm just blown away that a server or manager refused to correct a legitimate customer complaint.

I ordered from this restaurant on UberEats and would not order from them again. One of my sushi dinner combos was missing, along with the salad for the combo they did include. The fish on the salmon and tuna nigiri smelled and tasted fishy. We had to throw the salmon and tuna away.
