This is the absolute worst location ever its extremely filthy and nasty. Just imagine how they're handling the ice cream, Gross!. I spent $12 on my ice cream (throwing it away once I leave location). I noticed there was no whipped cream on the counter after I paid. I asked the cashier with the earring in her lip if there was any whipped cream she said yes but I couldn't get any because I already paid. If they had it on the counter with everything else I would've seen it. I told her to weigh the whipped cream she said she couldn't weigh it I had to get it at the time of purchase. Then she asked the other cashier with the dent in her chin. She seemed unsure, at this point others were waiting in line. I said forget it! What I should've did is return the ice cream for a refund. I threw away my ice cream after I noticed how filthy and nasty this location really was... I don't recommend this location. Also, I took pictures but not able to post. I saved pictures in my phone if needed. Call the Health Dept.

I just came to this location. It is listed that it is open until 9:00pm. I arrived at 8:55pm and the employees had already locked the door and were wiping down the tables. I knocked on the door multiple times and was flat out ignored. I tried to call on the phone and was sent straight to voicemail which had a mailbox that was full. Very disappointed that I checked ahead of time to make sure I would arrive before they closed and was not allowed in. Either update your hours or explain to your employees what bring open until 9:00pm means

The ice cream is ok but why it smells so weird in there? Like a broken pipe? Makes you feel uncomfortable with the cleanness of ice cream machines and toppings 🥹 please solve this
This location and others have a very strong chemical cleaner smell. Management should look for a neutral cleaning solution as the smell is too strong with food. The cups for the ice cream smell of it too. I couldn’t finish mine. This location generally has out of order machines. The Lexington one had all in working order however still the over powering smell.

This place smells like a DIRTY TOILET and the cashier didn't care at all!!!! We entered the restaurant and immediately expressed how rancid the place smelled. We expressed to the cashier (young Hispanic girl with long black hair and an unpleasant attitude) that the smell was unpleasant and she shrugged her shoulders. Prior to opening, I witnessed her mopping the floors so I'm sure that the smell is from a dirty mop. We offered to open the doors to allow air to circulate but her response was, "No! The smell will go away." This ruined our experience so we departed shortly after.

I believe there is a huge mistake with what they think they are selling. What they are selling has nothing to do with frozen yogurt.. it is shaved ice more than a frozen yogurt.
The only good think about this place is their topping selections.

Placed an order, it has been over an hour in half and still no order, they were quick to take my money but not deliver the service. I have tried to call them multiple times and no one will ever pick up the phone, this is not acceptable by any means necessary, this is not customer service. At this point I do not believe I will ever get my order. Customer service has really gone down at this establishment, and I have been a long-term customer, I am not very happy to spend almost $30.00 for nothing. They had a nerve to charge my card, and now I have to fight to get my money back and dispute my charge.Update they cancelled my order... no explanation... no nothing.. SO UPSET I WILL NOT BE BACK.

The yogurt is good but this place always smells. I went there today at 12:04 and they open at 12. Nobody was there and the store was closed.
