They received 1 star for answering the phone, I’ve given this place a chance about 2 times over the last 3 years to see if the service has improved, the lady that takes the order is COMPLETELY RUDE, believe the previous reviews. I understand language barriers but why are you screaming at ME because I don’t understand YOU?! Do better, have someone else take the orders, whomever this is, she’s costing the business money. 🙄

Not a review, just an update on hours. It is sunday at 2:30 pm and they are closed for business despite the most sites stating it should be open.

The lady that took my order is so rude and she kept on rushing me because i called at 8:50 when they close at 10 so i do not recommend because her customer service is terrible but the food is not that bad.

Got our delivery in under 30 mins, everything tasted fresh and was cooked perfectly! This has been our fave spot since they opened!

Food was righteous. Roast pork tastes fresh and tasty, the pork lo mein was perfect. Everything else was a fail. Can't fairly rate the atmosphere, it's carry out only. The lady that took my order is rude and she jacked my price up just because she could. I looked on the menu on the window and the prices were posted. I did my math for what I wanted and how much I wanted to spend. I went in, placed my order and it was 10 dollars higher for two items that should have been 12 based on what the posted menu said. I asked how much one of the items was and she brushed me off like I was retarded for asking her. Then gave me an attitude because I did not tip her. I am so conflicted. This is probably good for someone that wants delivery only. Keep your guard up and expect tasty food.

The lady at the front desk was so rude and how is this chinese food. Wasted all my time and money here.

I wish there was a way to give zero stars. I just placed my order right now and the lady in front is so rude. She gave me an attitude out of nowhere only because I asked the price range for chicken wings. I’ve read most of the reviews and everyone keeps saying the same thing about her. It boggles my mind why she is still working here . She might be the owner who knows. Please save your self time and don’t bother coming to this place. I don’t even have an appetite to eat after this horrible customer service.

I tried the general tso tofu and did not enjoy it, but the spring rolls were good. I noticed a hair in the tofu after starting to consume it. I threw the meal away. 🙂The staff was kind.

The woman who always answers the phone and taking orders is the rudest person I’ve ever had the misfortune of meeting. She screamed at me in front of other customers and insulted me because I was asking how much extra sauce would be. I have never dealt with anyone this rude in my life. The food is cheap and she knows it as she told me to “go pay more somewhere else” instead of taking my order. I even tried to order something small bc it’s cheap and close months after this incident but she hung the phone up on me. I would love to keep ordering the relatively edible cheap food but that woman’s awful attitude and brazen disrespectful manner to asking about sauces was too much to ignore I wouldn’t support this restaurant if I were you. WORST TAKE OUT PLACE EVER BC OF THAT WOMAN.

Woman who seems to run it and take orders was extremely rude. The first time I went there, I saw her speaking to someone on the phone yelling at them and saying cant you understand English. I do not hear well and with her accent it makes it even harder. My wife is not from here and I do not understand her a lot and have to ask her to repeat words a lot until I finally figure out the word. This woman.s English is worse and expects people to understand her when the issue is her for the most part. I felt like saying something after she got off the phone to her but I could see she would not take is as constructive and start yelling at me. Place is run down and what I could see is filthy. I doubt they have had a health inspection in years. This woman has no respect for seniors or people with disabilities.
