They handled the post concert rush exceptionally. I’ve been to many Taco Bells and this one is a good one.

This is the absolute worst location ever, the workers clearly hate their jobs. When you ask about an order they just ignore you and walk away. Like they really need to do better, rehire people who actually want to do their jobs or shut this location down.

Normally pretty good during the day time, I will never ever go again at night. I waited 35 minutes for 3 burritos before ultimately giving up. I tried to be patient and not shove my phone in the employee’s face like all of the DoorDash drivers, but it seems like they will not care about you or your order if you don’t.

This review is directed entirely at the manager of this location and/or the corporate office, not any of the workers. It is a dishonest and deceptive business practice to list your location as open 24 hours, but instruct your workers to tell customers that the location is closed after 2:00 a.m.

Everytime I go in there is a shadow creature trying to attack customers.
Very slow and less employees
I go almost every week at some point before my Graveyard shift at work. Mostly hit, sometimes a miss(takes awhile to get orders for some reason, which I discovered from an employee last night may have been because I selected drive thru when ordering instead of in store pickup through the app) Hopefully that means more hits than misses with order time in the future. Outside of the occassional snags, no issues with the food or actual customer service.

I don’t write many reviews so I’m writing this review to support and respect someone that did a great job. I tried placing an order through the app and website as required for the location late. Neither will let place the order. I tried calling but received the message that at this time you have to place the order via the app or website. Again neither worked. So I arrived. I ended up talking to the manager (I think he said Colin). Initially he pushed me to the app and website per company policy. I showed him it didn’t work. He saw that. And he handled the situation. That’s what customer service should be. Clearly something was wrong but don’t make the company problem my problem. The manager handled the situation very well and I appreciate that. That’s the type of person I will like to work with and every company should hire. Thanks!

Really disappointed in the in-restaurant experience. My family and I choose Taco Bell because it is vegetarian friendly and we can customize easily. This particular Taco Bell refused to take my 7-month pregnant wife’s order at the counter (despite the restaurant being empty), forcing her to use a touch screen interface that she wasn’t familiar with to place the order for the family. An experience that normally takes 1 minute at any other restaurant took more than 10 minutes (just ordering) - this is all while my crying toddler was waiting in the car with me.
We love Taco Bell, but the experience at this restaurant was incredibly painful.
