Cashier : zulma alas took my order I specifically told him what I wanted and asked him do you understand and he said yes & he still put in my order in wrong on purpose! they made my food and put it to the side then the manager seen me waiting and asked me what did I order/ what am I waiting for! the same cashier then go to the area where my food was sitting for atleast 2 minutes after it was done wow bad customer service. I then leave and open the box to check my food I noticed the cashier put my order in wrong I went back but they closed the dine in. When I tried to explain that the cashier got me order wrong zulma alas started to lie and said that’s what I asked for. The manager gave me a refund long story short. I rate this place 2 stars based on experience bad customer service !!!

I eat here a couple of times a month. I like the beef burrito supreme and the Doritos Loco Taco. This time I got the Nachos Belle Grande and I was happy with it. I like that I can specify the sauce packets in the app and they even include a reminder not to forget the sauce.Vegetarian options: Dedicated menu section with vegetarian options

Unprofessional and rude. I would apply but I know from experience places that are trash usually remain trash. Until further notice. They messed up my order several times. And I still have an order they over charged me for $.

I wanted to try Taco Bell's new taco breakfast and didn't really love it. I really thought the tacos would be bigger but they're small. It's pretty much as if you're eating authentic Mexican Tacos, but unlike those tacos, there was hardly anything in it. The hashbrowns weren't really crispy either. Nothing really special but I'd try again.Vegetarian options: Black beans replace the meat on most dishes for vegetarian meals.Parking: I went in the morning so there was hardly anyone there.

Placed on order and screen showed it was approved from my debit card. Manager then claimed store computer had crashed. He refused to honor my order saying I had not paid for it and would not home any food or refund. He went into a tantrum trying to prove his point. Business must be slow for all this over a $7.82 order.

They can improve some service and be more friendly to people who are not familiar with Taco Bell menu. They are reluctant to share Taco Bell specials and one has to show them on their phone etc. Drive through staff is borderline disrespectful/arrogant and rushes you through the order process.

My family and I used to love Taco Bell butI have to say with great disappointment that this Taco Bell has gone down hill.The place is dirty inside and out, customer service is lacking, I'm not even sure if the food is cooked or if they just microwave it to heat it to a minimal temp. I used to love the chulupa but last time it was semi warm, lettuce was wilted, cheese looked like it was left on the counter uncovered and I needed a magnifying glass to look for the sour cream........Rumor has it, at this Taco Bell if you complain they will spit in your food while "trying to rectify your valid complaint."Sadly this Taco Bell has ruined for ALL Taco Bells...Parking: The parking lot design leaves allot to be desired.
