The customer service at this location is absolutely abysmal. Is someone forcing the person at the drive thru to work?! Also - I watched a worker, who I’m assuming is handling the food (note the plastic gloves), deliver meals to waiting cars and then touch the door with the same gloves. This worker went back and forth and constantly had the gloves on 🤢

This place is an absolute disgrace to the Taco Bell brand. I don’t even know where to start — the food was disgusting, thrown together with zero care. It looked and tasted like garbage. The customer service? Completely unprofessional and clueless. It's like they’ve never been trained or even tasted what they’re serving.
To make things worse, my entire order was WRONG. Not one thing was correct — how hard is it to follow a simple order?! The whole place is a mess: dirty, disorganized, and full of attitude. I honestly don’t know how this location is still open.
Taco Bell corporate should shut this store down immediately. It's ruining your name and turning customers away for good.

This Taco Bell location is an absolute joke. Why do I have to wait for 20 minutes for food? I could have gone to an actual Mexican restaurant and gotten my food faster. Why is the food cold half the time. Why do they mess up my order most of the time. It’s never busy but always a ridiculous process to get food. Do not come here

Everything about this kfc and Taco Bell is terrible the staff in the drive thru are awful people the food is under cooked they never give you correct sauce the taco looks like the made them earlier in the day it’s unacceptable and I will never ever go to this place again and I wish they would shut this place down and put something else in this location please do us all in sliver spring a favor and closed this place down
