When I walked in the host asked ārestaurant or barā no greeting no smile - just restaurant or bar. He began walking away and looked back to motion us to follow him. Unwelcoming and not polite. Server moved extremely slow. She was not attentive. The food came out cold and my sauce was brown thick and overcooked just like the tiny shrimp (nothing like the picture) Wouldnāt want to come back here. The driest Fridays ever. I did see a server let a table with a party of about 8 peoplešsplit the bill. She went person to person to collect payment while we waited for our check. This place seems like no one likes their job or wants to be there. There was a busboy very friendly and helpful. He had a nice smile and made small talk to the best of his ability!

Wings and salad! Also love the ribs. We are lucky enough to still have a Fridays in our neighborhood. Wish they had a better manager. Current manager is horrible, disagreeable and misinformed about specials and emails that we receive. He also has an āattitude!ā We are often told that an offer does not exist and we have to produce proof from our email account.
Servers are very helpful. Unfortunately, there seems to be a ārevolving doorā when it comes to staffing. There is no consistency and restaurant is understaffed. quieter section where we like to sit is always closed.
Hopefully business will improve. We do not want this location to close.

Went to Fridays on Tech Rd for lunch waited about 10 minutes before the greeter finally came back to service someone ahead of me then when I told her that I was person that about water she asked me if I could wait while she took a party to see them, which was no problem. However, I ordered my food. I specifically asked for two extra condiments which was not placed in my bag just to get back to work and my food look like it was food that was in there from yesterday and not cook crushed today. I ordered the Whiskey signature platter the ribs look like they were leftover ribs from the day or two before The chicken bites or fries so hard I couldnāt enjoy them.
Dirty, bad service ignored us multiple times. Bad food, wrong order. Multiple tables dirty for an extended period of time.

Fun spot for inexpensive drinks and bites. On Fridays, they have a DJ and dance floor. It's a fun and safe environment. Free and ample parking.
