Mariam has been such awesome bartender for us! This was around second time hete and the food and service is amazing!

I came in with a friend on a late Sunday afternoon to avoid the church crowd. The overall experience was pretty good. They were a bit understaffed as I believe they had only two people possibly waiting as well as working the front door. Our waitress was good at taking our order but even though she walked past our table multiple times she had only briefly looked and only stopped by near the end. The food was cooked well so no complaints there. Just wish we could have gotten some refills. Perhaps next time I would just be a bit more assertive and ask. The chicken and shrimp pasta and the fried green beans fries is a good combo though.

We waited about 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged us. There were very few tables taken, not busy at all! Once we were seated the waitress walked by, and in passing, said she would be right back and did not return. After another 5+ minutes went by we got up and left. The bathroom was not clean and the restaurant floor was disgustingly dirty with food and trash and the both seats were not clean!

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a tgif !!! Horrible service !!! The bartender that we’re working 3/15/25 closing shift were vaping behind the bar marijuana and passing it to customers at the bar the male server or bartender with dreads. It took 45 min just to get appetizers and I had to ask to get them. The staff was busy dancing and playing instead of working. The atmosphere is terrible you cannot even talk to your party because they are playing extremely loud obnoxious music. Never again TGIF Silver Springs your bartenders are more drunk than the customers. They acted like we were bothering them while they were getting high and partying. Review your cameras. We could barely get in the front door due to the server dancing in front of the door. Their good time is more important than serving customers. Pathetic behavior. I didn’t even eat I was so disgusted just took appetizers to go. Can’t imagine how long it would take to actually get entrees. The cook must be drinking too. 45 minutes for pretzels and string beans !!! I’m 😡

I just wasted $20 on a cajon chicken and shrimp pasta. It literally taste like NOTHING! Chicken, bland, shrimp, bland, even the bacon I added was bland! The amount of salt I had to add for some kind of flavor was ridiculous. I normally go to Greenbelt Fridays. That's the one I'll keep going to. Tech road lost me. 🤮

Sat for 45 min at bar waiting for my salad while the place was barely 1/4 full. Ridiculous!!

Food was delicious for a chain restaurant. I had the French onion soup and a cobb salad. My daughter had the Cobb as well and my granddaughter had the ribs and tender special. She enjoyed hers as well.

I visited on 2/23/2025 and the music was sooooo very loud it was a total turn-off. The waiter was friendly and decent food. I felt like I was at a ghetto hood BBQ. The throbbing music was just over the top regardless

Ordered food at 7 p.m on 1/29/25 for my family and I. The food wasn't ready until 820p. I spent well over $98, and one would expect hot food for how long it took to get the order together. But no, the food was warm to cold. Onion rings were overcooked, and the mac and cheese so watery, you'd think It was soup. My kids' tenders were the smallest I've ever seen and their fries cold. In their defense, I can understand and see that they were understaffed, but at no point should food should be coming out the kitchen cold...call the customer and maybe offer any kind of compensation or update earlier to this massive delay. It's not even the fact that my food wasn't super amazing, but the fact that my kids' food and my spouse's food was not to standard is what really made me upset. Fridays have really fallen off hard over the years and can understand why they are rated so low. I've sent multiple emails via the site with no response. Not how you do business

*UPDATE*
Had spent that whole week trying to get a hold of someone via call and the online email option with not a single response. Approaching close to a month now,still with no communication and it still pains me how such a bad experience my whole family had....We will never return in any faucet to this terribly run establishment and will make sure to spread this info to as many people who care about customer experience as possible.
