Love it here!! I am so grateful I grew up nearby because whenever I’m back in town to see friends and family, I always stop at the Daily Dish! Their team, food and experience is always outstanding! They often have live music, too. Which really adds to the whole experience. Their risotto is fantastic. Their white pizza is a favorite. I also have used the Daily dish to cater many family events, such as baptisms and engagement parties.

Daily Dish never disappoints! Menu is seasonal and always fresh and delicious. Staff are proactive, and will split your order into 2 servings if they know you are sharing. Cool, relaxed vibe + live music makes this a secret neighborhood gem.

WARNING: IF YOU COME HERE YOU MAY FALL IN LOVE WITH THE BLUEBERRY ROOT BEER.jokes aside, this takes the title of my favorite place to eat in the dmv area. great food, great atmosphere, AND DID I MENTION THE BLUEBERRY ROOT BEER YET ITS SO GOOD HOLY CRAPbut for reals, great place to splurge on food and drink, a bit pricey, but the taste and portion sizes more than make up for it. the outdoor seating could stand to be a bit more "wind resistant" as my hair, which is very long, kept getting in my mouth and ruining the taste of some of my bites. also THE BLUEBERRY ROOT BEERDietary restrictions: I personally have allergies to shellfish, and the waitstaff made sure to make it known which dishes had shellfish in them when I asked, which was nice.Parking: totally right next to the building, park anywhere and walk in (I think, I haven't been here in a while.)

Everything sounded like it should taste good, but my party in general was underwhelmed. Seems like a great place, and the service was good.

Spectacular service and a delicious menu... Highly recommend the short-rib ravioli starter, and the halibut and salmon entrées... The cocktails were pretty amazing too.

So rare that you get a decent meal out anymore let alone a great meal. Our lunch was superb. Every aspect of the meal was excellent. There was nary a limp bruised salad or sad soggy potatoes wedge. The fish for the sandwich was superior, could have been served alone it was so beautifully prepared, my burger was perfectly seasoned and cooked, the the bun was nicely toasted -a big thing for me it just shows how much attention to detail is shown to each item. We dined during restaurant week and it was so good. I want to say the appetizer I had was probably the best thing I have eaten in years.. the sauce for the shrimp was so Incredibly good I was wishing I could have had a double portion!

What a great Restaurant Week choice on a snowy night! The restaurant felt cozy and warm. The mussels were outstanding. The seafood pasta had a generous portion of scallops, shrimp, etc. Yum.Parking: Location being in a kind of an off steet strip mall, the parking was easy.

Good menu. Went for brunch after seeing the line at another establishment. But the food obviously sat a bit waiting for pickup. Crab cake was a proper MD crab cake. Eggs were perfect . Accordion French bistro music was a nice plus.Parking: Look in the back on Sunday

This review is for Sunday brunch. Wait staff are perfectly fine. But here are the negatives from today: Accordion playing guy is TOO EFFING LOUD. Shrimp and Grits runny and too liquidity (and why are mushrooms there?). Mainly came here to say: WIPE AND WASH AND DRY YOUR TABLES BETWEEN CUSTOMERS. Ours was wet, sticky, grimy, gross. Had to go get paper towels from bathroom to clean it ourselves and it was STILL sticky.

I wanted to like this place and was disappointed. The outdoor setting is pleasant. Menu is creative. Service is personable and attentive. But I had several complaints with the food: sangria was watered down and bland, ice and fruit taking up almost the whole glass. Peach salad had 5 or 6 peach slices with brown spots - how do they not see this? And the corn on the cob tasted weird and not fresh - maybe it was frozen? - but how do you not make perfect corn on the cob this time of year? Squash was overcooked. The other food was okay but in general not well executed for the price. Since there are so many good reviews and the place was full - maybe I just had bad luck.
