Ordered a chicken kebab on Uber eats and realized immediately from the smell that the meat had gone bad. Couldn’t eat the chicken or the fries and salad that absorbed the same gross smell. The chicken was also still slightly pink on the inside, so it was undercooked as well.

I did not notice the handwritten sign stating "No mask, no entry" currently posted and walked in to pick up an order I had placed online without a mask. The chef/owner YELLED at me about not wearing a mask when I walked in and I was completely startled and shaken to say the least. He then proceeded to simply place my order on the counter without making any eye contact or thanking me for my support.Please take the time to create and post a decent "Wear Masks" sign on the door, especially now that the DMV area is starting to open up and folks are getting vaccinated. Also, having operated a service-oriented business myself, it is NEVER okay to yell at customers who are patronizing your business. I have placed many delivery orders in the past from this establishment but will no longer purchase any food from this place after such poor treatment.

The owner is super disrespectful and has a stick up his a** for no reason. I called simply to check the ingredients for an item because I wanted to come to this place with my group of friends. I called twice, both times they hung up immediately after I asked a simple question. And proceeded to not respond the next couple times I called. It's almost as if this place doesn't WANT service. Their rude behavior cost them a group of 5 customers. And looking from the reviews, it seems I'm not the only one who has had bad experience with this place's owner.

I had a horrible experience at this restaurant. I tried to plan a visit with some friends and called over the phone, only to be rudely addressed. The restaurant told me over the phone that they were closed when they were not. Horrible customer service. When I eventually did go, there was a bug in my food. If this restaurant wants a good rating and customers, please stop treating them poorly.

I’d like to make a complaint for my recent visit to your restaurant. I went last night in the evening hours and was completely ignored by the man that was preparing the food. He asked if I was picking up and said nothing more after that. I waited almost ten minutes and not once did he ask me to wait or came to take my order. I ended up just walking out. The worst customer service I’ve had.

Super rude. We were the only people in the restaurant at the time, so it was pretty obvious that it wasn't directed towards anyone else. He didn't speak and got frustrated when we asked a question. He went to the back without even asking if we were ready to order, then proceeded to avoid eye contact as to not take our order.... and therefore, we didn't place an order... ended up getting &Pizza. I will never give this establishment my coins.

I arrive at this excellent place from time to time as I love the special air that is outline this restaurant. The personel is very loving and experienced. The service is remarkablywonderfully efficient. Also, the food they prepare is magnificent. I frequent often and I was always delighted. The payment is fair. I highly recommend this place to to everybody.

So unprofessional, every time I come here the guy who takes care of the customers is so rude. They also keep the “Open” sign on even when they’re closed. What kind of business is this?? I do not recommend. Their responses to their clients’ complaints are always illogical and incoherent. A question, how long do I have to wait outside for you guys to open the door? Because I was waiting for 20 minutes while someone was inside, looking at me and ignoring me to then scream from a far that it was closed, AT 5:30PM, while having an “OPEN” sign on and hours up that say 11:30 am to 11:00pm. And that was the second time that happened to me. You guys’ time is valuable and the customer’s time is valuable as well.

Three times you have canceled my order after having confirmed it. It's happened with both PostMates and Door Dash. The most recent cancelation (via email) "This email is to inform you that your order from The Greek Place was canceled because the store is now closed." WTF?! It is frustrating and rude. Great food... but you lost me.
Ordered a pick up order through Grubhub for this place on a Thursday at 4:30 PM. Around 4:50 it finally confirmed my order and I hadn't even realized they hadn't started it before. The time on the order completion went from 4:50 to 5:20. Called the restaurant and got no answer. I had been waiting in my car almost an hour to pick it up thinking they were just behind and making the food fresh. I finally got out the car and walked to the door to find the restaurant closed...ended up ordering from another greek place three blocks away that literally had my food ready within 5 minutes of ordering.

I decided to try this place one night, because I love gyro but never tried the greek place. I called ahead and asked the chef to cook my anything he would serve a first time customer that he would want to taste his food. He got be a plate with Gyro, Chicken kabob, and beef kabob plus delicious rice and salad also bread that was exceptional. I would go back to try the food again. Gyro was great flavor and not too salty. Chicken was good and the rice was great. I would not come back for the beef kabob or salad but overall it was good experience I would try again.
