Delicious simple sandwich. Got the tavern club. All components of the sandwich were well balanced. Got the broccoli bliss side salad, which was good too. Overall just a nice simple

We have been clients of this store for years in a row! The ham n sweet potato souffle are our favorites n a staple on our Thanksgiving n Christmas dinners. The staff is helpful with questions on offers n the line usually moves fast.

I'd be leaving a 1 star review if it weren't for customer service following up with me. Here's the story... I reserved a ham for Thanksgiving, to be picked up from their Silver Spring location. I originally scheduled my pick up for the Tuesday before, but called asking if it was okay to pick up on Wednesday instead. I was told that wouldn't be a problem since I'd ordered in advance. I showed up on Wednesday around 2:30. There was a very long line, which was to be expected. After about 25 minutes, I was nearly to the front of the line, when an employee came out and announced they were completely out of ham. How this happens I don't know, but I spoke with one of the employees who suggested that they may have been selling hams to walk-ins who hadn't reserved in advance. Needless to say I was pretty unhappy, as was everyone who had been waiting in line, many of which had paid in advance. I called the corporate support # and explained what happened. A few days later someone called me back and offered a $35 gift card for my inconvenience. The gift card can't fix Thanksgiving, but it was a nice gesture, and the right thing to do. If I had any suggestion, it would be pick up your ham a couple days earlier than your holiday gathering. They're refrigerated anyway, so you should be fine.

How can you beat a Honey Baked Ham It’s delicious, already cooked and everybody craves it. They have them all here large and small. It’s packed two days before any holiday.

Today is Monday Nov. 20th 2023, I come to the Honey Baked Ham at Leisure World for our favorite Ham, my family celebrate Holiday with this delicious food for 30 years now. After a long line waiting, finally i got a big Bone-In Ham around $78.00, i'm so excited. But on the way home, somehow i don't feel good with this ham because i got an Old Ham from this store in the past, more than 10 years ago, the Ham just like the cardboard when eating. The bad experience tell me to stop by a parking lot to check on it because the cashier refused to let me take a look before pay.The Ham i just receive was the one that 2 ladies brought back for return right in front of me while i'm in a line, a large piece missing, the Ham looks no where to call "FRESH". Of course they bought it since last week. The store Manager tried to state that it's Fresh, no one eating in it, but there the juice leaking right on the table after they replace me another Ham.I leave the store and wondering who will be the next victim. Not just that, return receipt never give out after i came back the third time for asking.Definitely another Bad Experience.

“If you preordered but did not pay then you’re basically a walk-in…” No where on your ordering page was it detailed that pre-paying was to guarantee your food. What is the point of a pre-ordering? Truly ridiculous and will not be doing it again!

There is no substitute for my money for Honey Baked, however they are more expensive. Their turkey is an improvement over regular turkey, too.

The sandwich was very good. Unfortunately, sides are limited.

Makes great chicken, especially for a fast food restaurant.

Really bad sandwich made mostly with pig fat, once all the big slices of fat were trimmed off, there was enough ham for a small appetizer, not a lunch sandwich. Order from this place if you want way overpriced fat sandwiches. They have lost me permanently as a customer at their Silver Spring store.

INSANELY long lines for thanksgiving meals. Keep in mind the meal was preordered with a time slot. We waited two hours in line past the time slot allotted to us. They ran out of so many items. One item they gave us clearly melted at some point, leaked through the seal of the container and box and should have been obviously noted by the employees but they came across as lazy and indifferent to anything so I am not surprised. The location was also filthy and many customers were angry. I would not patronize this business again.
