For some reason, this location is always skimp on portions and ingredients compared to others. The smoothies taste just a bit watered down as well. I ordered a Chicken Cali Flatbread breakfast sandwich and didn’t receive even a slice worth of mashed avocado or a spoonful of diced chicken breast. When I called back to ask why the portions were so light, the gentleman who answered the phone was more set on arguing with me than resolving the issue. I attached a photo of what my flatbread looked like open-faced. I love Tropical Smoothie Cafe, just not this one. Drive a little further for a better experience.

Always fast and friendly. I also want to add a tip for anyone trying to get a healthy dessert fix: the Mango Magic smoothie with added avocado, blueberries, whey protein, and probiotic tastes like cookie dough. I think the avocado is the major factor there, but I’m just listing what I got. Try it!

Order a peanut paradise smoothie (which i always get at a different location) it was watered down and shortcut on ingredients I couldn’t even taste any peanut butter, not mention was not blended well either (little chunks of ice and banana pulp were in the so called smoothie) Do your self a favor and go to another tropical location just not this one.

We ordered 4 smoothies for delivery, 3 out of the 4 were only filled 3/4 of the way and melted. I took a picture of mine just to have as evidence. I called and the gentleman that answered said to call back in 2 hours because he couldn't get ahold of his manager. I called 2 hours later, and they told me to bring back the smoothies myself and they would remake them. The reason why we paid extra for a tip and to have it delivered was because it was inconvenient for us to leave work to pick them up. Also, 2 hours later, we no longer have the drinks, they are in the trash. I told the gentleman that's something he should have recommended 2 hours ago. he said he tried to call my work line, but never left a voicemail so I didn't know. As much as we order from here and the Burtonsville location all I asked was for a store credit for the 3 smoothies and didn't even get that. I see now why they have bad reviews.

Another tropical smoothie that doesn’t wear gloves. Dude was literally rubbing his nose after making someone smoothie then walked over took some cash without gloves. Made a smoothie and thought he was going to ring me up. I walked out.
I ordered a peanut butter smoothie. I could barely taste the peanut butter. The insipid, crushed ice…that I could taste quite a lot. Sorry, but if you are a smoothie place and you mess up the one thing you say you do, 1 star rating is well deserved. Never coming back here again.

They are not exactly friendly. I ordered a hummus veggie wrap. It comes with hummus, smashed avocado, pepper jack, romaine, rice, black beans, pickled red onions, tomatoes & lite ranch....... that's NOT what I got! I got a lettuce sandwich!!!!! 95% was filled with lettuce! Im so angry! And the worst part is I tipped!

I typically go into this place around lunch time as I work around the corner. Got there around 2pm on Wed 6/22/22. The cashier at the front is always pleasant but the cook and the manager are RUDE! I asked for chipotle mayo sauce to go on the side and the manager asked me to pay for it, but I usually dont. I would even sometimes place orders there for my entire HR team, but not anymore. I'll wait for another location nearby to open before I return. Not a good way to do business at all.

They were super quick & sweet! I hate to say it but most tropical smoothie employees are kinda jerks. This is the first tropical smoothie I’ve been to & the employees were really really nice! And the smoothies were amazing!
