Salvadorean Enchiladas (Enchiladas Salvadoreña)

Fried handmade corn tortilla or fried dough corn tortilla with choice of ground beef, sherdded chicken or refried beans, topped with shredded marinated cabbage, pico de gallo and grated Salvadoran cheese. Garnished with half a hard boiled egg.

Garnacha

The food is delicious, and the products they sell are also of quality; the environment is clean, the service is good, although it is expensive, and the flavors of their meals are delicious.

Phenomenal hole in the wall place. Usually I’m more adventurous but went with the grilled chicken (Pechuga Chicken) and it was heaven! Seasoned to perfection. So good I left and came back 15 minutes later to grab a plate for the girlfriend.

Switch: This place reminded me of home. My family was from cali back when it was called mexico & I am having trouble typing this because I can't stop eating it. Topping the Yucca Con Chicherrone with a cold Horchatta & a Tamalle.... PERFECT.
