DO NOT come here . The staff are extremely rude , especially the manager who I’m pretty sure has a problem with even looking at Black People for some reason. Kept telling her the name of my order and she looked at me like I was speaking gibberish AS I WAS SHOWING HER THE FULL ORDER I made on my phone with the name of the order included and she still didn’t believe me. Come to find out, the order was directly behind her the entire time and yet she still tried to make it seem like it was my fault. All that trouble for an overpriced burger and fries with a slice of cheese on top. Please go anywhere else if you want decent quality food and service. Also the store looks like the end result of a Six -Man shootout every time I go in there so cleaning doesn’t seem to be on their list of priorities either

Toxic Shockwave

One of the absolute worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to in my entire existence.Got there and already had to wait an incredibly long time because they kept messing up the customer’s order in front of me. Then I tell them I’m picking up an order and they act like they didn’t know what I was talking about even AFTER I told them the name for the order and NO ONE on earth has my name. The teenage Spanish girls on staff are incredibly rude and so are the managers. This entire Wendy’s needs to be done over and I’m calling corporate to make sure something gets done about this. Terrible CUSTOMER SERVICE. IF you want sub-par food at the very least….go somewhere else

I come to this wendy's on a weekly trip with my kids but honestly i think it would be the last time coming. a new lady was taking my order infront i had coupons on my wendys app which i believed the girl did not know how to scanned then, she asked for help this is my third encounter with this manager first time was on drive thru, now in the front . she was rude, acts like she did not wanted to help me , we actually stayed inside eating with my kids and noticed she acts like this with black people.
it was so upsetting seeing the way she talks to people of color and on top of that she talks to her employee really rude im not sure how she even working with customer service. this lady is so racist i asked an employee for her name and they did not wanted to tell me but one employee say her name is rosa this manager needs to take customer service classes or work in kitchen since she dont want to interact with black people , this is so upsetting knowing my kids once day will interact with disgusting people like this worse manager ever.

Went at midnight after a late shift (they close at 2 am), ordered on the app. It said they were making my order. I arrive at the restaurant and the lights are all off and there's a cone in front of the drive thru. I see a couple people inside doing what looked like construction. Not sure why I was able to order when they were closed or why it said they were open when they clearly weren't. Waste of time. Never got my order.

This location continues to struggle. Got lunch today and my drink wasn't drinkable. Mostly water no lemonade or other flavors. Previous order big bacon classic had no bacon and was put together without care, before that order a combo with chili got home no chili in bag. That's the 3rd strike going to the new Burger King down the street.

Ordered in the drive-through they had me go to The mobile order parking when they were only two customers in line, including myself. The other customer got their food left. I sat in the parking lot for 10 minutes, went inside. Saw nobody for a good five minutes when someone finally showed up they called for their manager. The manager came out, and the food was just sitting on the counter, waiting for me the entire time. It was not cold yet, but it wasn’t hot food like I had ordered and was expecting. Additionally, this is the only Wendy’s. I know that does not start their frosty machine when they open. Would highly recommend any other Wendy’s. it also seems that they only change their oil in the fryer about once a month.

My co workers and I recently went to this Wendy’s to get something to eat for lunch. We were a little confused by the menu so it took us along time to figure it out. The person working there was not patient, he sounded irritated to be at his job! I got my food and there’s no sauce, when i asked for sauce 3 TIMES. Overall the service is horrible. Hire some people that actually wanna do their job.

There was a male worker there that was very unprofessional, he wasn’t allowing me to talk when I was explaining that the other employee had given me the wrong receipt. This was a mobile order, since he was upset he didn’t fill up my drink all the way and told another worker to “deal with me”.
