a simply shameful, humiliating and degrading experience. It turns out I was in a laundromat washing my uniforms accompanied by my 6 year old son, my son asked me if we could eat something and he loves Wendy's food, moments later we walked to the restaurant and realized that the restaurant was closed to the public and they were only serving the Drive thru, I decided to walk with my son and get in line in the same line of vehicles believing that maybe they would serve me that way which was a big mistake, I tried to speak or contact through the speaker but nobody answered me, when it was our turn and we didn't get close to the window, a guy of Asian origin looked us from head to toe very annoyed, I tried to explain the situation and wanted to ask him if he could take our order but the guy who apparently is the manager of that place didn't let me speak, he refused to serve us, he kicked us out and only said that they served people who were driving a vehicle. My question is... what is the difference between that guy serving us and helping us with a food order? Was it necessary for him to treat us in such a contemptuous manner and look at us as if we were criminals? That's not done, at least if that guy had explained it to me in a polite and good way I would have understood, but please train those people well and don't treat anyone badly, it's truly humiliating. This inconvenience happened today around 10:20 pm.

I was told to speak when ordering my food … when I said three times to the person who was taking my order . There are certain ways to tell customer things and the way she said it wasn’t it . There should be no reason why a person is that rude .

The woman’s works at kitchen very rude After I finished my meal I was trying to ask to use the restroom The woman steered at me and what do you need she was very rude.it was evenings shifts. Actually the people work morning shift the customer service is much better

This Wendy's is nasty and them funky Wendy's people they give you old fries and baconator the look nasty don't go in the drive thru go inside to see what they do in the kitchen

The order was incorrect, poorly prepared, and delivered late. On top of that, the quality of the food was unacceptable. It’s frustrating to pay for something that arrives cold, missing items, and clearly made with little care.
As a loyal customer, I expected better service and attention to detail. Unfortunately, this experience has made me seriously reconsider ordering from your restaurant again.

Every time I order from them they always get my order right and take so long to deliver and every single time I've ordered they always mess up everything they never give me the sauce I ordered or the drink I ordered and they always forget something terrible service

It takes forever to get your food. Even if you place an order online, the store won’t start preparing it until you are physically in the store！

I Haven't been to a Wendy's in a very long time but I decided I'd give it a whirl. It wasn't a bad visit; the establishment was clean including the rest rooms. This Wendy's had security so when 2 young men started getting soda refills in their own bottles, an employee asked what are you doing, the 2 young men started to give her a little bit of grief and there was security. No commotion made; kept low key. I bought a wrap; the ingredients were fresh. It was tasty but it wasn't wrapped very tightly so it fell apart 😞. It was very nice to eat in peace!

Chili cheese fries are amazing they always make them so good and the frosty is the reason I go I'm in love with the frosty.
