I used to frequently visit this Wendy’s as it was closest to my house, but stopped going as i lost my appetite due to bad service. The older indian man who is at the pickup window is very rude and lacks decent service qualities. Never smiles, says you’re welcome, or apologizes when he messes up your order. The rest of the staff is great, and always delivers service with a smile. I go to the Flower Hill or Rockville Pike location now as the people there are much easier to deal with and i can enjoy my food without having to deal with someone who clearly hates being at their job.

I used the drive-thru and ordered a baconator combo meal. The meal i received had inadequate amounts of bacon. 2 slices. The service was bad as the guy basically threw the food at me with no courtesy at all. Like he was doing me a favor by working there. They will never get my buisness again.

The new manager Claire helped my family including my elderly mom and dad, siblings,neices, nephew and me get exactly what we were craving. The menu seemed less overwhelming when she broke it down and made it simpler. We also purchased 3 boo books for free desserts. I haven't had service this good. Thank you.

Everytime I have to opportunity, I always go to this Wendy's! At this location, they have the most friendly staff members and a great ambiance. They never let you wait more than 5 minutes for your order depending what you get!

My husband and I were ordering and the lady working the drive thru decided to get into a screaming match DEMANDING us to speak up into the speaker. If that’s the case, we should’ve been asked a bit more professionally to move up to the window if there was an issue with the audio instead of her literally whining to us “you are not speaking uppp!” Then she was just non stop shaking her head like WE were in the wrong HAHAHA My advice, get more professional workers to deal with the customers.

I have been coming here for several years now the only problem I have with this location is they don't clean up enough.. they don't wipe down the tables they don't clean the walls too well.. I don't come in here that often.. maybe five times a year and it's always looking like this

A grilled chicken bacon wrap no bacon! thrown together like they picked it out the trash.
Indian guy with glasses horrible worker wit no patience or customer service skills ?definitely should find another career!
