Worst food I've ever had from a Wendy's. Our food arrived cold and tasted like it had been sitting out all day. We were also missing 2 orders of nuggets and the sauces that we were charged extra for.

On my way home from running a few errands, I asked my driver to stop @ Wendy's near my home & I got (2) kids meals. They both were for me. HaHa. I ordered the cheeseburger meal. Sometimes I just don't want a big burger, so ordering the kids meal works for me & the price is good too.:)

Dive thru lady in the morning is very rude and charges you for a napkin basically. She doesn’t take your order correctly and always forgets something. Never gives you a smile and looks like she’s forced to be there.

I ordered medium fries and a cup for water. The lady charged me $2.69 for the plastic cup for water, rather than giving me a free courtesy cup. The water cost nearly just as much as the fries. Also small portion for the medium fries. Sad, not good service at all.
My ice cream had hair in it that was definitely not my hair. My hair is curly and the hair in the ice cream was straight. That’s very distasteful.

a simply shameful, humiliating and degrading experience. It turns out I was in a laundromat washing my uniforms accompanied by my 6 year old son, my son asked me if we could eat something and he loves Wendy's food, moments later we walked to the restaurant and realized that the restaurant was closed to the public and they were only serving the Drive thru, I decided to walk with my son and get in line in the same line of vehicles believing that maybe they would serve me that way which was a big mistake, I tried to speak or contact through the speaker but nobody answered me, when it was our turn and we didn't get close to the window, a guy of Asian origin looked us from head to toe very annoyed, I tried to explain the situation and wanted to ask him if he could take our order but the guy who apparently is the manager of that place didn't let me speak, he refused to serve us, he kicked us out and only said that they served people who were driving a vehicle. My question is... what is the difference between that guy serving us and helping us with a food order? Was it necessary for him to treat us in such a contemptuous manner and look at us as if we were criminals? That's not done, at least if that guy had explained it to me in a polite and good way I would have understood, but please train those people well and don't treat anyone badly, it's truly humiliating. This inconvenience happened today around 10:20 pm.

I was told to speak when ordering my food … when I said three times to the person who was taking my order . There are certain ways to tell customer things and the way she said it wasn’t it . There should be no reason why a person is that rude .
