Came in and asked for my take out order at the time of estimated pick up and was told it would be out in a minute and was given my cup. I proceeded to wait 10 minutes for my order only to go back up and find that it had been ready with no acknowledgment. Additionally I drove home and opened the back to find one of the two meals was missing fries.

Chicken sandwich went directly to trash after one bite. Something hard was on it and hurt my front teeth!! How is that even possible? What type of meat does this? Tried to pull apart the meat to check and it was stiff like plastic. Another reviewer experienced the same thing. How can chicken that's not edible be given to a customer?!

I've been here before it's nice friendly location. The only issue is when you asked for well done wings it's a it or missing the will do it.

I went to buy wings, they gave us our order when we got home we realized that food was missing, we ordered 20 wings and 5 wings were missing, we drove 15 minutes to see what solution they would give us, my boyfriend went and they told him that they couldn't do anything, that the wings were there but in truth they didn't come in the bag and what a bad manager because as a manager you have to give a solution to the customer, I arrived at the store with my brothers and my boyfriend, they thought that because we are young we are lying, Axell was the manager who served us, they didn't give us any solution, bad service

They put too much sauce on the garlic wings for my liking. And they charge you 4 bucks for a bottle of water like it came from the fountain of youth.
Ordered 6 wings combo took 45 minutes for the order. The restaurant was not even busy. Only 2 employees work. The wings so tiny not worth $20. Disappointed.

I'm going to be as honest as I can. Today was the best experience at this particular WINGSTOP, I've actually got good food in a very long time. The wings were plump, oozing with lemon pepper, the fries were potatoey and I was ready to go to sleep after I'd eat. I don't know if this place is under new management but keep up the great work!

Great wings. Another franchise classic. Many wonderful flavors for the weak and the spice lovers alike. The workers are pretty good, and the TV isn't so annoying (sometimes it has funny stuff on it) Kinda expensive and waits can be a bit long but overall, it's a good place to get wings.

I love wingstop but man the place is so unsanitary. I saw a mouse in the corner of the pickup section, it looked hungry. I couldn’t believe my eyes because this was a first timer. Obviously not the workers fault but like I felt disgusted while eating my food infront of the mouse, leading me to decide that I should also give the mouse food.
