Traveled from FL and the staff here are very nice and make your order quickly. Probably The best dunkin staff we've come across. Coffee at this location seems weaker than the norm and under sweetened compared to other locations but the food was great.

The staff at this location are all wonderful! They are super friendly and efficient. I place mobile orders five or six times a week and it rarely takes more than a minute in the drive thru to get my items. If I walk inside to pick it up instead, they recognize me and hand me my order. The employees make coming to this Dunkin a great experience. The drinks, donuts and sandwiches are always very good as well!

Really disappointed in this location as well as the response from the company. It’s been 2 weeks since I placed an online order for pickup only to find out at the window they could not fulfill part of my order as they were out of donuts. The people working were very apologetic and told me if I went through the app I could get a refund. No problem, took the steps to do that- a week later I’m emailed that the location will reach out. No one reached out. So I had to again reach out to find out how to get a refund for what I didn’t receive. I finally get a phone call Wednesday, 11 days after my purchase was only half filled. I spoke with the store owner/manager on Thursday and he assured me he would be sending a gift card in the amount of the missing items digitally to my phone number. 4 days later and I’m still waiting. At this point I don’t want a gift card from them as I no longer wish to patronize a business that cares so little about doing the right thing and refunding people when it’s due. But I would like to let its patrons know their poor response to customer service matters.

No selection and they were stale. Almlst entire stock of donuts were gone despite the business being open for another 4 hours. They were completely out of most flavors and No munchkins. We were advised donuts are only made before opening and once gone they are gone. What a way to run a business.

It would be really nice if this place could make a hot chai at an actually HOT temperature not lukewarm with cold milk. Have tried several times ordering but every time the hot chai ordered hot is lukewarm at best. Maybe get some thermometers and retrain on how to make items.
