Cute store, decent staff. I got there on black friday and there was a small line, they worked through the line almost instantly! Very efficient employee's!

This is my third time going to this Dunkin in the morning and the service Is just terrible. My coffee is either disgusting and not made right or my food is cold.. I’ve gone in the afternoon and the gentlemen’s that work there provide a much better service. The ladies are rushed, attitude with each other and lazy fast service ,,
Just went inside and stood with an older lady for about 15 minutes and I was not even acknowledged. If you want coffee in the morning, go somewhere wise because this place has terrible service.

Got there at 4:15 front door was locked. Only about 15 donuts in case. Store was filthy two kids there.what happened to the good old Dunkin where every thing was fresh and it was clean

The male manager/owner is extremely nasty to the female employees. I finally had enough and called the establishment today. The food and service are awesome but he really changes the atmosphere with his woman degrading attitude. Those poor employees!

This is the dirtiest Dunkin store I've ever been in. I will not come back to this location. There's also mold growing in their ice machine. Beware ordering cold drinks at this store in Smithsburg Md.
EVERYTIME I come my sweet tea isn’t sweet at all and my coffee order is messed up literally every time. This is the only place here to get coffee, I keep giving chances but I’m about done. Please take a little time to make sure you make the drinks or take the order correctly it’s frustrating
This is the best DD I have ever been to. Speedy and efficient. There is a nice young man who works in the morning and he is always smiling and pleasant and always swirls my sweet teas which I think is a nice touch.
Traveled from FL and the staff here are very nice and make your order quickly. Probably The best dunkin staff we've come across. Coffee at this location seems weaker than the norm and under sweetened compared to other locations but the food was great.

The staff at this location are all wonderful! They are super friendly and efficient. I place mobile orders five or six times a week and it rarely takes more than a minute in the drive thru to get my items. If I walk inside to pick it up instead, they recognize me and hand me my order. The employees make coming to this Dunkin a great experience. The drinks, donuts and sandwiches are always very good as well!

Really disappointed in this location as well as the response from the company. It’s been 2 weeks since I placed an online order for pickup only to find out at the window they could not fulfill part of my order as they were out of donuts. The people working were very apologetic and told me if I went through the app I could get a refund. No problem, took the steps to do that- a week later I’m emailed that the location will reach out. No one reached out. So I had to again reach out to find out how to get a refund for what I didn’t receive. I finally get a phone call Wednesday, 11 days after my purchase was only half filled. I spoke with the store owner/manager on Thursday and he assured me he would be sending a gift card in the amount of the missing items digitally to my phone number. 4 days later and I’m still waiting. At this point I don’t want a gift card from them as I no longer wish to patronize a business that cares so little about doing the right thing and refunding people when it’s due. But I would like to let its patrons know their poor response to customer service matters.
