Cone Island Ice Cream Shoppe

Just gross. My family got a very milky milk shake with no thickness and 4 flavorless soft-serve twists that were melted all over our arms and clothes within 60 seconds. We asked for bowls but they took 5 minutes to get. Thankfully there is a water refill station beside the building so we were able to clean up the unenjoyable mess and throw it out. The little bit of ice cream my son did have triggered him throwing up in the car on the way home. We were all nauseous for 24 hrs afterwards. Please heed this warning.

I went there to get shaved ice. Imagine my disappointment when I got a small cup that was not even 2/3’s full of chipped ice. Not remotely shaved. I could have done the same thing at home with a ziplock bag filled with ice cubes, and hit it with a rubber mallet. Not at all what I was expecting from a planned that serves SHAVED ice. Never again.

This place was a bit disappointing. The milkshake is literally just flavored milk. The soft serve melted so quickly. Not enough caramel sauce. The butterscotch hard topping taste like Crayons. If I had to choose there were plenty of other places to go to get ice cream and we should have went to one of those places. However there are benches and a little park for kids here and great water views.

Amazing costumer service

We ordered a peanut butter milkshake and it tasted disgusting as well as being not nearly thick enough to even be a shake, more like melted ice cream mixed with water. Extremely disappointing.

Nice place with nice and coxy atmosphere

You can only get soft serve ice cream vanilla, chocolate or a swirl of the two flavors. They also have toppings that you can add. Added menu items include ice cream sundaes and shakes. Service was good but they have a limited menu.

We love this place. Staff is always so nice and the views are awesome!

We ordered 4 items for 3 kiddos and it was all gobbled up! Cute and yummy.

Closed the ice cream shop right in front of me and kids face 2 minutes early. Disrespectful and will not be spending money there ever.

Delicious soft ice cream ever!!

It was a really hot day and we were looking forward to that ice cream. It did not disappoint, butter pecan for me, plain vanilla for my husband, both delicious

Vanilla, chocolate, or swirl soft serve . Simple and yummy enough on a hot summer day. What I didn't like is that if you want a regular size cone you have to pay more. Huh?? It's like they saw mini cones at Costco and then got the idea to buy them and charge us regular price but charge higher for a normal size one. Stupid.

I’ve cream with a view! Sunset was interrupted by an amazing storm cloud that never went away.
