Order was not ready at the window. The drive thru lady told us to park in handicap spot and wait for order to be brought out. 20 minutes later, 3/4 of the order was provided and the employee said they had new screens. Showed my receipt and the lady took it back inside with her to complete the order. I went inside because the employee had my receipt. The poor guy walking in behind me had been waiting longer than me, and his order was wrong too. I watched them make my missing order,...read full review

The sawed off manager is incredibly rude and is terrible at making food and customer service. Not ideal, considering that about sums up her job. The lady at the register, however, is one of the nicest people you could meet.
