I just picked this order up today. It was served fast and hot, but it was wrong. While waiting for this order, 5 more customers came in asking for their missing drinks. With 3 more customers coming in asking for corrected food. Instead of asking for a remake (and having to wait in the long line), I just ate the sandwich and left. People coming out of the store were angry, and people coming in the store were angry. From the ratio of returns, im guessing they are operating at about a 50% success rate.

With that said, the employees were very polite and respectful to every customer who came in. I believe the issue with this McDonalds and a lot of other places is the McDonalds App, Doordash, and the Kiosks orders. Since adding apps, delivery service & kiosks, these stores have seen a 200% to 400% increase in orders. But they have yet to hire any additional workforce. The workforce that a lot of these restaurants employ have a language barrier. Rather, it's misreading the ticket or understanding the difference between the menu items.

I dont know how they are going to fix this, but something needs to happen. At least prioritize the in store customers or something. The people using the apps & doordash can wait, so that each order is made correctly.

This place is OK, but it is constantly overworked

Corporate makes the prices way too high, so it’s not a good value for your money

The people working there are doing OK, but they make lots of little mistakes due to being so overwhelmed

Every time I try to get unsweetened tea, it ends up being a sweet tea. They can never get that right

Food is OK. It’s fine in a pinch, but recommend going other places.

Showed up at 432am for an 24 hour business . I was told to hold on at 433 they will be right with me . Next thing I hear is at 437 , it should only be another minute . Then at 441 I finally have to leave . Very poor service to sit and wait 9 minutes with no one in line and not even order .

Meal was accurate but took a lot longer than expected. I placed the order on the app (before going inside) and picked up inside. Many orders placed inside after me, were filled before mine.

food is great( fresh+warm ) most of the time.

however, the workers for the most part are very immature and the managers are highly unprofessional.

i have worked there before- and others also had this same problem. they fired me without giving a reason; i tried to call several times to ask as to why they did what they did and kept telling me they would inform me next time.
not only this, but the workers start problems and gossip while working.
the bigger white lady who works drive thru also frequently had an attitude and would talk negatively about others during her/our shift.
but ever since, i do sometimes come back, and each time there is smart remarks and other things said no matter who i’m with.

so overall, food is fine but the people working aren’t the nicest and have very negative attitudes 👍

Edit: I’m decreasing it to a one star because as of 9/20/24 they no longer do refills on any tea period. I’ve already contacted corporate to hopefully have this changed. The managers are very rude as well.

Waited over 20 minutes to get food . Had to ask what the hold up was. They served many others who came in after we did . Must have misplaced the slip? Then they lock the doors when they were supposed to open 24 hours at 930 pm. Must be understaffed and couldn't handle the Friday night High school sports teams and fans.

I have been meaning to post this for a while now. Tyree Mackall, an employee at your store, took it upon himself to have a physical altercation with my daughter outside of your resturaunt. This resulted in my daughter being transported to Medstar hospital in Leonardtown MD. I dont know if this employee was FIRED or not but this goes beyond leaving a review.

The nighttime manager Karla on headset 09/11 was very rude and disrespectful, she had no reason to be talking to me as if I am her employee. She needs training on how to communicate as an adult and not a 16 year old child. I will pull up again if needed to straighten things out in person to go over detail, but overall she should not be the manager.
