The managers and employees at this establishment are BEYOND disrespectful, and the managers treat employees like trash there. If your hungry, I suggest going literally anywhere else as the service is just as bad as the food they serve.

Well...we were excited to see a Roy Roger's, then we went inside...Chicken wasn't good or fresh had been sitting after asking if was fresh..so returned it for freshly cooked..loads of customers standing around waiting & waiting!

7/13/25 8ish pm, I ordered a fish sandwich meal for my son, they tried to talk me out of it bc it takes 5 mins. I ordered roast beef for myself. Its in the trash after one bite bc the majority of it is FAT 🤢. They need new managers and cooks immediately! We have 1 Roy Rogers left around here and yall ruin it 👎

From the moment Damita gave us a warm greeting, to the clean restaurant and of course the delicious food, we were so impressed. Visiting the area from AA County, this brought back some nostalgia from my childhood. I was especially happy to see that Roy Rogers hires atypical people which warms my heart. I have children with needs, and it gives me hope for everyone that is EXTRAordinary. The young man who was working kept the place so very nice & clean. Everyone was working, not sitting around or goofing off on their cellphones, that's how you have a successful team, and a successful business. We'll definitely be back next time we're in town. Way to go everyone at this Solomon's location. Thank you!

Told me it would be a 14 minute wait for chicken, and told me to pull forward and park. Did not bring food out, was forced to walk in after 25 minutes. They claimed they thought I canceled the order and drove off.
Order food at 9pm 2 family come in and after 20 mins just sitting out in the open someone asked me about my order after 30 mins. Then said they had to cook it. Asked me if I'd like some ice cream lol what a joke. Well Roy Roger's got a free 10 bucks. Thanks and thanks community!

Walked in on 5/17 @ 8pm and almost with the exception of maybe 6 tables had chairs already flipped upside down. I asked and they said it is “pre-closing” 3 hours early. So I turned around and walked out. Not very welcoming to guests if you’re signaling you don’t want their service.
