Takes order at drive thru microphone, says nothing about anything in order being out of stock. Get to Window and get told “white meat is out of stock”. I say, every time I come it’s out of stock can I please speak to a manager. Manager Mikayla comes to the window and tries to stand on business and say it’s out of stock. It’s very hard to believe it’s always out of stock. After a couple minutes of going back and fourth it magically shows up in the store and they aren’t out of stock anymore. Shocker!! Says it’ll be 17 minutes if I wanna wait. I have no problem waiting at all. Being in stock and not wanting to cook it for 17 minutes and being out of stock is 2 separate things. Manager said “ I never said they were out of stock or sold out “. Pure laziness

The order taker got our order all wrong. Had my husband go back up there because 2 items from our order were missing. I ordered a 4 piece leg meal, the gave me a 4 piece leg chicken box with a drink no fries, or other side. My husband went back to the restaurant only for them to tell him that he had to pay additional money for a side that was missing from the order because the order taker did not properly input the order in correctly. I highly recommend that management does their job by properly training these order takers by repeating the customers order back to them to lessen mistakes.
Drive through was quick! Food was all correct as ordered, unlike some places. The portions were good and honestly really delicious for fast food. Definitely would rather Roy's than other options.
