Halibut was too salty. Service staff offered to replace my halibut. Didn't take their offer because I ordered mushrooms to reduce the salty taste. Ended up spending more money. Staff could have written off my order or given me a voucher to return. Ambience is very cosy with lots of wood on walls and ceiling but unlikely to return.

A little taste of France in the countryside. Foreman and Wolfe continue their reign as the top restaurant group in the area, way better than the much larger yet way more corporate group that is straining under the burden of holding the world upon its shoulders. The Beef Wellington and the duck breast are amazing, as is their wine list. The service is the best in Baltimore: friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.

It was our wedding anniversary and the staff could not have treated us better. They were attentive, pleasant, and professional. The food was delicious (pan seared lamb leg and tuna). They even gave us a complimentary glass of Prosecco.

I wish the food would reflect the service. OMG ? what a disaster, from list bussers that only were worrying about riffling the water, to the confused server that had the patio by himself and took him forever to take our order.

Food was excellent, but both of us found it slightly over salted. The atmosphere was very pleasant outdoors. The waiter was pleasant, unobtrusive, and gave us excellent suggestions. Unfortunately, he did not tell us until we had finished that Wednesday nights were 50% off wine nights. Our wine choice was good, but we would have ordered one which might have been outstanding had we known.
This place is a hard act to follow. I have never been to a better establishment. Thank you Milton Inn!

My husband and I had a fantastic meal when we visited Milton Inn for restaurant week.
From the prix fix menu, we ordered the heirloom tomatoes, snails, venison, and tarte tatin. We also supplemented with the fois gras because why not? The heirloom tomatoes were lackluster, but everything else was extremely delicious. The escargot, venison, and tarte tatin are all things I would recommend for as long as they are on the menu. ???
Outside of the food, the service was excellent! Staff checked on us more often than we've experienced recently, which was a nice change of pace. They were all pleasant and very willing to offer suggestions and info on the menu.
We left very satisfied and will definitely make the drive up to Sparks again soon.
