Stopped by for take out brisket tacos, I think they were a special for the day. I hope the owners will consider adding them to the regular menu because they may be the best tacos I’ve ever had! Our family chose to have the Thanksgiving meal fully provided by Bark Barbecue Cafe. It was nothing short of AMAZING! A full smoked turkey, more flavorful than any we've ever had, and all the fixings and desserts have lasted our family of 5 adults two full days now. And we still have plenty left over. We are delighted to give Bark 5 stars. They have earned every one of them; the highest rating possible. Thank you Bark!!!

My wife brought me home a “disassembled” brisket sandwich to try out. What turned out to be a spur of the moment stop. Is now going to be must “go to” BBQ stop. Definitely get your moneys worth, and the brisket is one of,if not, the best brisket sandwiches I have had. I am excited to try other things on the menu next time.

Insanely good ! Im a true BBQ connoisseur, having been to places like Terry Black’s, Hutchins BBQ and Franklin BBQ (Best of the Best). Bark BBQ cafe is officially my new favorite! For those who are wondering, I ordered the brisket (Lean) Which was so masterfully done I can’t imagine what the (moist) portion taste like. Furthermore, I ordered the Ribs (masterful), garlic mash and collard greens…..oh and two chocolate chip cookies. I think everything they touch is gold, because all of it left me saying “WOW”. Well done Bark BBQ

Some of the best barbecue I’ve ever had… the brisket and white sauce is fantastic, the smoked pork belly sandwich was amazing. They smoke it right on site so the aroma of the smoked food is all around you… we sat outside, but there’s plenty of comfortable seating inside… it’s worth the trip… if you love smoked food this is the place to go…
I stopped by Bark BBQ in Stevensville, MD and tried the BBQ Pulled Pork Bark Bowl — and wow, it was amazing! The pork was perfectly tender and full of flavor, and the portion was generous. Every bite had that perfect smoky goodness you hope for in great barbecue. The sauce complemented it perfectly without being overpowering.
You can really tell they put pride and care into their food here. The staff was friendly, the atmosphere was relaxed, and the food came out hot and fresh. Definitely one of my new favorite spots on Kent Island — I’ll be back for sure!

Wasn’t a bad experience, we just felt like we were an inconvenience to them showing up in the last hour of being open and it seemed like they would’ve been happier had we not. I understood that some of the meats had ran out and wasn’t upset at all it just felt almost like they didn’t want to accommodate us even though we were willing to pay an up charge. Other than that the food did taste great.

Bark BBQ Cafe always does it right. From breakfast to lunch/dinner. For breakfast I recommend the pork belly breakfast burrito, and for lunch/dinner the pitmaster platter is where it’s at for only 42$. The pork belly sandwich with peach hoisin BBQ sauce is delicious as well,
The ladies at the counter are always welcoming, and have gone above and beyond each visit for me. Also the gentleman, Glen I believe his name was while very knowledgeable on the process of smoking meats. The employees here always make the experience better.
I will always stop in when delivering to the neighboring businesses.
