We had paleta pops at our daughter's birthday party and they were a huge hit! So many guests commented on how delicious and refreshing they were. The owner was amazing to work with—super friendly, responsive, and made everything so easy. Highly recommend for any event—these paletas are a total crowd-pleaser!
Delicious ice cream & great atmosphere!
We had the BEST milkshakes here!! My husband and I both love ice cream and so we decided to base our anniversary shoot around it. Everyone working was so sweet and accommodating and the owner was above and beyond in letting us use her location for the photoshoot! We had the best time here. Can’t wait to go back and try new flavors!!

Tasty Toucan Trading Post Handcrafted Ice Cream is the best place for ice cream and shakes. The ice cream is the best, like a taste of childhood memories in all the flavor choices. The shop is adorable and cute, with a child/family friendly seating area and a spectacular local food and gifts section. The owners and staff are so friendly and a joy to meet. The menu includes cones, cups, milkshakes, frozen pops, popsicles, pup cups, sundaes, and grill cheese sandwiches. For indecisive customers, there are 6 or 12 flavor sampler boxes. The shop has only two small tables, so plan on getting the treat to go. Delicious ice cream flavors include blackberry cheesecake in a waffle cone and a Peppermint shake with whipped cream. The Tasty Toucan is the only place on the eastern shore for ice cream, and customers will not be disappointed.
