So first let me say I love ice cream - homemade ice cream. Soft serve is not my cup of tea. But, I tried something different and was pleasantly surprised with an outstanding pineapple milkshake served up with a smile. Great shake... bits of pineapple frequently got stuck in my straw - yummy! Despite it was a drive thru, the lady at the window was welcoming and courteous- make me feel my order was extra special (a shake?) but I will be back!! Great service. It matters!
I had a similar experience as an earlier review.I ordered a medium blizzard and only the top half had topping mixed in. The bottom was only vanilla ice cream.Haven’t had this problem at other locations and the older gentleman with the glasses didn’t smile or say anything when I said thank you.

We went through the drive thru and the ice cream was done quickly and even our hot fudge sundae was completed while we watched instead of being allowed to just melt. Thank you for caring.
