“So first let me say I love ice cream - homemade ice cream. Soft serve is not my cup of tea. But, I tried something different and was pleasantly surprised with an outstanding pineapple milkshake served up with a smile. Great shake... bits of pineapple frequently got stuck in my straw - yummy! Despite it was a drive thru, the lady at the window was welcoming and courteous- make me feel my order was extra special (a shake?) but I will be back!! Great service. It matters!“
“I stopped by last night at the Kent Island McDonald's on the east bound side of U.S. 50 at about 7:00 PM. A young, affable lady named Aliyah was working the resister and another young lady was mopping the floor. What I noticed as a retired high school teacher was the high esprit de corps of the employees. They were professional, pleasant, personable, and proficient. I have taught students how to mop floors, and the young lady doing this task was 100% efficient in her work while greeting people as they came in and wishing them well as they left. “I had a coupon for a foot long so I tried one of their new subs. It consisted of chicken pieces, bacon, garlic aoli, plus your choice of fixings. I didn't care for the sandwich but I liked the garlic sauce. The workers did an excellent job of following my directions concerning the fixings and the place was clean. I couldn't really criticize the restaurant because I didn't like the sandwich, I had plenty of choices and just picked the wrong one for me. I usually have the black forest ham which I have always been happy with.“

“First time customer became hooked for life! My son is the Burger King and he now reigns over his namesake with no remorse for McDonald’s, 5 Guys or any local burger joint. “Our most favorite, and only stop on the way back home from Ocean City for lunch. All of the staff has been wonderful to us, and we truly enjoy seeing them each visit. They are always so friendly and accommodating, and they have gotten to know us as well. We've not been disappointed in any item ordered on their menu. Other Hardee's restaurants we've been in could learn great customer service from them!“
