“So first let me say I love ice cream - homemade ice cream. Soft serve is not my cup of tea. But, I tried something different and was pleasantly surprised with an outstanding pineapple milkshake served up with a smile. Great shake... bits of pineapple frequently got stuck in my straw - yummy! Despite it was a drive thru, the lady at the window was welcoming and courteous- make me feel my order was extra special (a shake?) but I will be back!! Great service. It matters!“
“I stopped by last night at the Kent Island McDonald's on the east bound side of U.S. 50 at about 7:00 PM. A young, affable lady named Aliyah was working the resister and another young lady was mopping the floor. What I noticed as a retired high school teacher was the high esprit de corps of the employees. They were professional, pleasant, personable, and proficient. I have taught students how to mop floors, and the young lady doing this task was 100% efficient in her work while greeting people as they came in and wishing them well as they left. “We were there on Tuesday for the half off on entree meals, I ordered the mushroom spinach and onion omelet I'd like to say that it was the best omelette I've ever had in a long time. It came with 3 buttermilk pancakes I don't think they were cooked enough, that's why I gave the food only 4 stars instead of 5 stars. My wife Said the same thing about her pancakes they were not cooked enough. Also don't order the blueberry syrup because it was watered down at this location, go with the classic syrup it is very good. In summary I loved the service, and the omelette but didn't like their pancakes, BTW this is the first time I've been disappointed with international house of PANCAKES in my lifetime.“
“First time customer became hooked for life! My son is the Burger King and he now reigns over his namesake with no remorse for McDonald’s, 5 Guys or any local burger joint. Hilariously cannot get the “BK-have it your way” jingle out of our mouths and can’t wait to return for more burgers and smiles! The burgers are the size of a child’s head!“
“I know its just a Hardee's, but this is the closet one to my residence. I live on the other side of the bridge. some mornings I'll drive over to grab a breakfast item. The service was fast and courteous. The lady at the counter was very nice. She treated me with respect (It's an Eastern Shore thing). The entire staff was very friendly and the food was good.“
“Wow. Wow, Wow, Wow. This McDonald's is amazing. I walk through the door and already I see Mcdonald's worker coming to the register to take my order. I haven't even said a word! We got our meal but there was a mistake. They added more items then we ordered. I was looking at my receipt when a mcdonald's worker comes and says, " everything ok? " She politely and nicely gave me my refund and not just that but all of the food I got by Mistake, she told me that I could have it! Amazing! There's amazing music in the speakers, the tables are SPOTLESS, there's even electronic tables with lights! And not just that but there was an entire map almost my entire height of all of the mcdonald's in the Delaware peninsula. This mcdonald's exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely recommend it to others and to myself. I will definitely be coming back. THANK YOU SO MUCH!“
“Stopped here for dinner on a trip south. The creamy mushroom and chicken soup was delicious and not skimpy on the chicken or the mushrooms, the other food was great and my husband appreciated being able to substitute a sweet potato for the fries. The service was fast and friendly. Very satisfying stop!“
