This Starbucks is in a great location on Kent Island. I will usually choose anything but Starbucks, however all the other coffee shops close at 4pm. This shop has a large seating area and is quite comfortable.

The service here is hit or miss depending on which staff you encounter. Thankfully they seem to have gotten their business hours to a consistent place. Going later in the day is usually when I encounter issues.You can tell this location has a staffing problem as far as high turn over and a lack of customer service across the board.
