You robbed me on August 9, 2025. By tapping my card for $9.22 when l only ordered Small coffee for $1.28.
Filed a dispute with bank but was asked to make contact with merchant first. Called 20 times and no answer. Y'all need to fix this.

Honestly the service here is a joke. You sit in a line for an hour and a 1/2 just to finally get app to go and place. Your order and they tell you that you're probably going to be waiting about another thirty minutes or so because they don't have enough cooks. They have one person Manning the grill.

They do not open at 6:00 am. They open at like 6:300. Bad customer service. Irritating having to wait. Outside. When it clearly says opens at 6:00. Good coffee but they should open on time. They just a little late
So im here currently in line and the person says to me that the system from 3:40am

Drive thru takes too long.
Never go to this location. They don't speak English. All I mean all the food was cold both fish sandwiches was old cold yuck. Never ever will go to this location. And the coffee tasted reheated nasty unprofessional this location needs to be closed. Yuck yuck 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮 8
Monday 04/01/25 - after 3am in the morning. No customer service whatsoever. I pulled up in the drive-thru and sat there for over 3 mins before being acknowledged. There was only 1 car in front of me that I noticed sitting in front of the drive-thru window for a very long time. After taking my order and being told to pull up to the 2nd window I noticed that I am still waiting with the same car in front of me. I was very frustrated and hungry, so I backed out of the drive-thru and went to the 24hr Wendy's. If I could have been treated with some sort of customer service and/or informed of the long wait or the reason for the wait, I would not be sending/writing this review.
