They do not open at 6:00 am. They open at like 6:300. Bad customer service. Irritating having to wait. Outside. When it clearly says opens at 6:00. Good coffee but they should open on time. They just a little late

So im here currently in line and the person says to me that the system from 3:40am

worst service i ever seen didn’t get my food or a refund shut down this goofy ass restaurant

its giving they all stupid and nobody can read in here they make order wrong literally every single time

Drive thru takes too long.

Never go to this location. They don't speak English. All I mean all the food was cold both fish sandwiches was old cold yuck. Never ever will go to this location. And the coffee tasted reheated nasty unprofessional this location needs to be closed. Yuck yuck 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮 8

Monday 04/01/25 - after 3am in the morning. No customer service whatsoever. I pulled up in the drive-thru and sat there for over 3 mins before being acknowledged. There was only 1 car in front of me that I noticed sitting in front of the drive-thru window for a very long time. After taking my order and being told to pull up to the 2nd window I noticed that I am still waiting with the same car in front of me. I was very frustrated and hungry, so I backed out of the drive-thru and went to the 24hr Wendy's. If I could have been treated with some sort of customer service and/or informed of the long wait or the reason for the wait, I would not be sending/writing this review.

In my order through Doordash, I did not receive napkins, straw, I paid for some buffalo sauces and they did not arrive either, the burger was without ingredients, my coffee has no sugar or cream totally disappointed.

Went there to get my child the new toy with the happy meal (Pokemon cards) which an employee said they had as well as advertisements for them on the menu, yet when we received our order we had Sonic toys. We went back and the store manager said they had the Pokemon cards but refused to swap them out. Not sure why an establishment this large refused to give a child a toy that we payed for that's included with the meal, but it's ridiculous.

I order my son attending Happy meal with 1 extra package of apples and most times I only get 1. It's so frustrating.

Today I ordered my son the happy meal with apples and an additional apples and neither of the apples came. If you can AVOID THIS MCDONALD'S PERIOD.
