Ordered carry-out from here on 6/1/26. It was horrible. The wings were hard and overcooked. The bruschetta container was placed sideways in the bag so all the sauce leaked out onto our fries which were overcooked anyway and tasted like they were fried in old grease. The whole meal went in the trash.

Quality seem to have gone down. The last time i got a custom pizza from here it was amazing but this time seemed like a rushed disaster. Very wet and not baked and the slices are very wild.

I accidentally ordered pickup from here instead of a similarly named place 30 minutes away to feed a crew of movers. My daughter and son-in-law live nearby to here, so I asked them to hold it. 5 hours later, they called me and told me they are still holding, but they preferred to make another one to make sure it's fresh. No additional charge. My son-in-law picked it up shortly thereafter. THAT'S fantastic service! Good pizza, too, apparently.

Well I have been a patron for the past 16 years and all through the changing of names. The reason for my low rating as I have had over 5 orders that have been wrong. Tonight I ordered pasta with Alfredo sauce and two large fries. So they asked do you want any protein I said no just carbs tonight. So after waiting for the food to take home to enjoy we started with the fries and those were fine but when I opened the penne pasta with Alfredo I found shrimp added. My spouse is allergic to it so they could not eat it although I could. So I called them up to advise them and they said they would remake it and I asked to have it delivered which was fine. So I started eating some of the pasta as I was quite hungry and for my spouse waited for them to deliver. They got to the house and I accepted the food. At that moment I thought that all was done but then the person requested the wrong order back which I said I already ate some pasta and they said that was fine. So now my question is will someone wind up with the shrimp that was already prepared and sent out of the place. So now after so many years I have decided to no longer patron the establishment as I am not sure that what I order was in someone else's hands before I receive it after my experience. Actually this is a health violation once the food leaves the restaurant it should never be taken back.

Medium to small Italian restaurant and pizzeria in a strip mall. Easy access and adequate parking. Pizza, salads, and subs were very good. The server was polite and efficient. Clean environment. Fed 4 adults and 3 children for about $75 pretax and tip. Reasonable pricing for the area. Friday night busy.

My large group of friends from church went there last evening for dinner. The service was excellent and attentive. The food was delicious. Some had salads, some pasta and some subs. They offer a wide variety of choices on their menu. I highly recommend New York Pizzeria if you want a casual lunch or dinner. Check it out! 👍
