Rincon Italian Grill Reviews
Horrible customer service. Refused to accept coupons, ignored attempts by phone or DM to discuss the incident, Manager was totally non responsive.
Others have had the same experience with them. We were weekly patrons, but never again. Very poor customer service.
We never have a bad experience ordering from Rincon, and our most recent order didn’t disappoint. While most places are raising their prices and lowering the amount of food you get, we noticed a slight increase in prices ($1 for my eggplant parm, and a few dollars for crab cakes), we unquestionably actually got MORE food. My eggplant parm was 3 large meals, and the crab cakes were huge, and full of big pieces of crab meat. Definitely the best deal in town.
Got carry out from here tonight for the first time. Everything was delicious from the salad through the main course of veal parmesan and seafood platter. We will definitely be back! 😋

Rincon Italian Grill offers amazing food with generous portions and great pricing. Entrees come with salad, the best house dressing, and garlic bread. Favorites include eggplant parmigiana, crab cakes, cream of crab soup, blackened chicken Alfredo, and chicken Francese. The food is flavorful and very filling, with dishes like chicken Chesapeake, pasta primavera, spaghetti and meatballs, and motz sticks being excellent. Their Greek salad and salad dressing are also highly praised. Though lacking a liquor license, it deserves community support for its fantastic meals, which also include great treats like half and half crab soup, steak sub, and cheese burger subs, with the marinara sauce taste being out of this world.
