We were there on 1/1/2025 It was the most horrible experience for me and my girls we paid for an unlimited hour of games and then they told me that to use the trampoline I have to pay extra that they don't tell you when you buy the package. scammers and customer service is the worst I don't recommend this place unless you want to come fight with the staff 🤯👎👎👎👎👎

My child had a horrible time here today. The staff members need to be replaced with “child friendly”’ staff. The woman regulating the trampoline needs to be removed immediately. It’s chucky cheese it’s supposed to be a happy safe place.

We went to this location for a birthday party, but the experience was terrible. The manager was extremely unhelpful. While we were in line, the cashier skipped us and served the next person in another line. I told her I was next, but she replied, "You are not in the middle line." I called the manager, and she asked me, "Where did you come from?" I responded, "Why does that matter?" Instead of addressing my concern, she repeated, "What can I help you with?" Her attitude was rude and dismissive. Overall, it was a horrible experience and the worst birthday party ever.

They are scammers for trampoline only they charge me $24 which is non sense. I told them I have point on my Chuck and cheese card but they forced me to pay $24. When I came in the other day I pay only $10 I asked the reason why is $24 now and they say it is weekend. Never my son come back this stupid place.

Like other chucke cheese locations I've been to I wish there were more stocked hand sanitizing stations. As well as disinfecting game throughout the day. I do feel like some games could get a through cleaning and reset. I do enjoy the value and ease of having these location for my 3 year old to enjoy.
My children loved it and if they are happy I am happy

Why is the manager here sooo damn rude??every single time we come here!!! We lovw this place, the kids have so much fun! But honestly, can't stand her. She is always rude and mean!!
The place was clean lots of space food is not bad, I only had a problem with the chucky character, they literally walk away from the kids and parents to take pics, super dissatisfied with that, it was ridiculous because the parents and kids were literally chasing this character down. I left not too long after that. Customer service needs to be worked on a bit

I'm so excited to visit this Chuck E Cheese's in Takoma Park Maryland. It's time for Spider Stompin by Jaleco, Robo-Bop by Coastal, Frantic Fred by The Game Room, Feed Big Bertha by Smart Industries, Speed Shifter by Bob's Space Racers, WaveRunner by Sega, and all of the older arcades from the 80s and 90s to make a comeback to all CEC locations. Best pizza. Best food. Best entertainment. Chuck E Cheese is the best.
