Let me be absolutely clear: if I do not receive the complete documents by March 26, I will be forced to take legal action. This includes filing formal complaints with: • The IRS for failing to provide my W-2 by the legal deadline • The Maryland Comptroller’s Office for failing to report state withholdings • The U.S. Department of Labor and Maryland Department of Labor for withholding critical payroll documents This is a violation of federal and state law. Waiting 50 minutes for a chicken quesadilla, four tables with customers, the rest were empty. This is the worst service that I have experienced in this location. And before I left I told to the mannager that waiting for a hour is not fair and he did not say anything about it. The waitress tried to help us but the cook was the big problem.

Hello! The food at this IHOP is delicious. I ordered egg whites, plant based sausages, fruit, and rye toast. 🤤. It really hit the spot. It was crowded. So we had to wait to be seated. But it wasn't a long wait. Our server seemed a little worn out for the day. But she did her best and provided pretty decent service. I always like when hello I really enjoyed this particular ihop please New Hampshire avenue we did have to wait because it was a little crowded but the wait wasn't long and our server she was a little tired I could tell that maybe her feet was hurting but she did her best to provide the best service that she could for us and I was pleased with that and my food was simply Delicious I did get the whites only eggs with the plant based sausage fruit and I believe it was right toast my toes was a little cold I had the gentlemen heated up in the microwavemanagers walk the floors and ask guests about their service and meals. That's a plus. So please keep that up! I'd definitely go back to this IHOP.

First time coming to this takoma location and the service was terrible the server was rude and rushing us almost. I started with a blue lemonade and it was extremely sweet and replaced it with an orange juice and the glass was dirty with someone else’s coffee residue and the table was very sticky. I asked for a manager and the server did everything to not get one DO NOT COME HERE PLEASE. 0/10
I had breakfast at this location just before Christmas while having my car serviced nearby. I ordered the senior eggs, ham, sausage & bacon combo along with what I was told was gluten-free toast.
I am now concerned that I was served wheat toast after going to another location for brunch today and being told that IHOP does not serve gluten-free toast.
My allergy is not life-threatening, but could be the cause of a bad outcome if a customer is truly allergic.
PLEASE advise your servers about allergies and the dangers of serving allergens to sensitive customers.

The waitresses are unwelcoming rude and lazy. Have no initiative to help. They seem to be foreign and cant understand what sunny side up is i had to explain 3 times what it meant for her to understand. There is no more syrup at the table for the pancakes and you have to basically beg for them tl bring it. The orange juice tastes like the machine broke down and its 70% water(she did took off the juice from my bill). The portions of the food are diminute but their prices have risen. I used to get so full from a breakfast sampler that i wouldnt eat in all day after it however i could now eat 2 samplers based on their small portions that theyre serving. The way the food tasted back then is still there but their service and atmosphere interferes with the experience.
