Food is good. Service is alright. Depends who will help you. I like the IHOP.

I ordered a waffle with eggs sausage and hash browns it was so disgusting. They literally didn’t even cook the waffle. The taste and texture was like they popped it in the microwave for 30 seconds. The eggs were bland didn’t even taste like eggs at all. And the sausages were ice cold it wasn’t even cooked on the inside it was undone, just toasted on the outer coat I gave the sausages to my dog. The only semi warm thing on my plate was the hash brown and they were burnt horribly. I had a milkshake hoping it would make up for the horrible meal and the milkshake wasn’t even a milkshake it was literally just milk with crushed cookies. I guarantee You guys wouldn’t even eat or cook your own food this way and you serve this nasty stuff to customers. This was so wrong on so many levels you’re not even serving cooked food. This IHOP need to be close down.

Came here twice late night at around 2am. Restaurant appears to be severely understaffed during the night time as there’s only one manager and two servers. It’s unacceptable and just stressful for both staff and customers. 3 people have to accommodate and make food for everyone coming and night and customers have to wait almost an hour for the food. Management needs to plan better for their night shifts.

Ordered the 2*2*2 and when I got my food my two pancakes was not fully cooked al the was through got the waiter and showed her that my pancakes was not cooked and she just sat there and looked at me be for taking them away and had them cook two more pancakes that still was not cooked all the way through and got mad when I called her back over to show her.

Wish I could give 0 stars! Don't order from the IHOP app! They or Door Dash cancelled for no reason. Called phone number provided in the app which was the store's number, I was told that door dash had already picked up the order. I was told I would have to call a 1-800 number for door dash which they didn't have. I didn't use the door dash app, I used the IHOP app. Wait of Time.

It was late night, ordered take out. Seemed like there were only 2 employees working. Arrived 5 mins after ordering and had curbside pickup. No one ever came out. Waited a few minutes and went in. Had to wait 10 more minutes before getting my order.

I am writing to demand, once again, the immediate release of my complete W-2 for tax year 2024, including the Maryland state withholding information, and a copy of my final paystub. I have contacted the IRS and the Comptroller of Maryland, and they confirmed that you have failed to submit the required information.
Let me be absolutely clear: if I do not receive the complete documents by March 26, I will be forced to take legal action. This includes filing formal complaints with:
• The IRS for failing to provide my W-2 by the legal deadline
• The Maryland Comptroller’s Office for failing to report state withholdings
• The U.S. Department of Labor and Maryland Department of Labor for withholding critical payroll documents
This is a violation of federal and state law. You are not only obstructing my ability to file my taxes but exposing the company to penalties and investigations.
I expect your full cooperation and immediate response. Consider this your final notice before escalation.
