Little Caesars Pizza

I came to pickup doordash order and that spanish girl, was eating at counter and she told me to wait for 5/7 minutes. And after 5/7 minutes she told someone’s from back to come and give me order which was READY. Very unprofessional

So basically I made a order of 3 pizzas online for delivery and 2 hours passed and the order was never ready so i had to cancel my order and wasted 2 hours waiting on food that would never arrive this is so bad from a company of pizzas like this one.

They are racist here, they let black people wait in line while they take their own people and they do this especially to black DoorDash drivers, they ignore them and even take new customers coming I swear that's exactly what happen today

This location has always been my go to when in Langley Park.

This location is situated in a busy shopping center and they are doing construction on the main street so pack your patience. The cashier was friendly, but still to the point. My items were hot and tasted good.

I just ordered from this location. The driver that delivered forgot an item of mine. I called the store asking if they could have the driver bring the item to me. The woman whom answered the phone had a condescending attitude “We don’t do anything with that. Call customer service.”

Keep in mind, she cut me off, talked over me. After I let her talk I explained that I ordered through the app and not door dash, that she whined in an immature voice “yeah, it doesn’t matter we don’t do anything with drivers.” She yelled out to someone else in Spanish, without asking me to hold, (I would assume she double checked, but I don’t speak Spanish.. just context clues) She came back and said “Like I said ..”

I spoke to the manager whom also cut me off mid sentence but she said was apologetic.

I worked fast food for a few years in multiple positions. There’s no way I’d have people at my store handling customers that way ESPECIALLY unprovoked. If you have the attitude of “I don’t care, don’t come back here” then you shouldn’t be working at anyone’s store. Go start your own company and put a build a bad name for yourself.

This is the worst Little Caesars Pizza I have ever seen. I was invited to do a job interview there, when I went, they told me that the interview is cancelled without an apology. Am glad it cancelled tho. Shamefull!

The person who attends seems to hate his job, he serves poorly, all rude, hey, if you read this comment it will change your life bro! Look for another job that makes you feel happy instead of being bitter working!

I called for my order it’s took like 20 minutes to get there when I went the didn’t get my order I had to order again and the Second order took like 45 minutes to cook I had it
