This is the worst Little Caesars to go to. My son went in with $40 to buy 6 hot and ready Pepperoni pizzas, he came back to the car with 2 pizza's No receipt, I went back into the store and asked for the receipt. The young lady told me that they don't have a receipt and I couldn't get a copy of the receipt. Long story short, I'm out of $40 and got 2 cold pepperoni pizzas.

Honestly, I love Little Ceasers and I haven't experienced anything like this before which lead me to be very dissatisfied with the customer service of this location. I and my partner tried to call a different location but they didn't answer. We decided to order from this location. We asked if we could order a pizza, which the other person on the phone replied that we could order but can only eat there. This confused us and my partner answered no I want to order for pick up/carry out. The person on the phone then said we could only order to eat there. We replied we only want to order a pizza, and the person on the other side of the phone then hung up on us. Usually, I understand if there was a situation but I don’t understand why we have to eat there, and If there was a reason the person on the phone should have explained better. Overall it was confusing why we couldn’t take our pizza to go and the customer service we got felt very rude. I hope this is a one-time thing.

Little Ceasars is the place to go for when you have kids over. I recently was there and while there is lots of convenient manners of ordering, I was a walk-in and while three, I saw first hand how attentive polite and fast the staff worked while placing orders, attending customers and making the pizzas. They are amazing young professionals! ❤️ Thank you for going beyond.

People here are extremely disrespectful to people. And they are wearing AirPods ignoring you the whole time you were trying to put in an order. They also are not helpful in helping you try to find out how to get the best deals or do you order at a pizza place. This guy with a beard was extremely disrespectful to me and my friends. Then he proceeded to give us the wrong meal. When we corrected him he screamed at us and then slammed a bottle of hot sauce in our food. He put the tongue of them out even though he slammed the thing on the table. I expect a refund because if not I will need to speak to a manager about the disrespected this employee has given me

Update: Over a week later and still no response from store or customer support. So I lost money. Never again.Ordered online. Several items missing and Doordash driver told me to call store regarding missing items. Tried calling over 25 times and no answer. Called the customer support number and never got thru to a live person after 15 minutes. I just want a refund for the missing items.

Went into this location and it was pitiful. Then entering the store the line was out the door and the customer service was slow and carelessly moving slow , when taking more time to evaluate the service I seen a women in the back push trash down with no gloves and with the same hand grabs some doe to make another pizza without washing her hands just disgusting and unsanitary

I consistently have positive experiences with this (Takoma/Langley) Little Ceasar location. Most times I order online/in app, and the order is always accurate, fresh and ready in (and *usually* before) the quoted time. On the occasions when I've ordered in person, even when there's a wait or the establishment is busy, the staff is reliably nice, professional & working with a sense of urgency.I wanted to take a moment to review this location because I didn't give Little Ceasars much thought, in general, for 30+ years of my life since I was raised on home cooking, and word of mouth about Little Caesars is typically not encouraging. But after a couple years as a regular customer at this specific location, with consistently good service, I'm pleasantly surprised bcz most establishments--just based on sheer numbers/probability--are disappointing at least a quarter of the time (And I feel like fast food places get the order wrong about 50% of the time. ??‍? ?), in my experience. But that hasn't been the case with this Little Ceasars, and I'm appreciative of that.For the prices (There's *always* at least one decent special!) the quality of the food and service surpass expectations.HIGHLY RECOMMEND, and shoutout to the staff here for always being so GREAT.Elle L
