Unsafe. Chaotic. Uncaring staff. During the day, this location is a zoo, with children, homeless, and teenagers everywhere. In the evening, there are people harassing you for money and food in the parking lot, as well as coming up to your car while you are stuck in the drive-through. The staff does nothing to help. They will take your money and slam the window. There have been assaults, robberies, and open-drug use for the past 5+ years at this location. The store needs to hire private security 24x7 or have a police officer stationed in the evenings. If you want to visit the worst McD's of your life and risk getting hurt or robbed, stop here.

Never for past 5-6 orders they put right amount crème and sugar into my coffee. I’m always repeat and check on pay window. And you know, you can’t check it straightaway cuz it’s hot And you just trust them And have your owner sweet coffee

Got a double fish fillet sandwich and the fish fillets were like they had sat out all day, dried out, inedible around all the edges, like grizzle. The bun was literally like styrofoam. I've never experienced anything like it before. I called and gave a detailed description of how horrible and inedible the sandwich was. They neither oofferedme a refund or credit. I'll never ever go to this McDonald's if any McDonald's ever again. They have no integrity and do not stand by their product. Furthermore their product is way overpriced for what it is already and then to get something this horribly inedible and unacceptable for that much money is ridiculous. These people should be ashamed of themselves.
Furthermore they allow aggressive individuals, particularly late at night harass customers for money while in their cars at the drive-thru window itself even. They'll stand right in front of the cars too. They are always aggressively drunk and I've seen altercations on many occasions due to the fact that they don't do anything to pretend? From this aggressiveness. I would not recommend this place at all
They need to be very professional in the service, especially the managers who believe they own the place. Especially those who work the shift from 6:00 am to 10:00 am.

The service is iffy, this McDonald's gets costumers orders wrong frequently from not providing you with all the food you've paid for, getting the order wrong, or my favorite them swiping your card too many times and charging your bank card double. I had to call my bank in front of the cashier on at least two occasions and they still won't refund you your money ( take cash).The managers are unprofessional and if you request to speak to the owner, everyone suddenly stops speaking English. Most of the time the food is hot and fixed quickly but not the cleanest of McDonalds Restaurants.
