Ordered a hot vanilla latte with a sausage biscuit. The fresh latte was luke warm. Asked for a hot one again. The second comes out COLDER than the first one. Mind you I was the only person there. No one was in the drive thru. Positive side I got a refund.

I walked in at 8:20pm and there was no one standing at the cash register to take my order and I wait for the next 20 mins until someone told me to hold on. And I had to order myself on the kiosk

Me saying Hello 30x times while not being understood I left because I was so irritated (&hungry) and to add there was a woman begging at the end of the drive through. Wont return to this location ever again.

I’ve gone to this McDonalds for 2 Wednesday in a row, and I noticed screaming coming from the back, I tend to mind my business but since I’m fluent in Spanish, I heard what the guy said, he was screaming at another employee I’m assuming he’s a manager, he sounded very rude! The first time I didn’t really think about it but the second time was where even I felt bad for the employee this man was screaming at! I’m not supporting a place where the employees are being mistreated! I hope he reads this review and fixes his attitude because this is unprofessional! Other the that the cashier lady was very kind and respectful!

Creepy people hanging around the entrance. Nasty food- ordered a large fry and got half a box of fries. I complained then they gave me a full bag full of old fries.

Unsafe. Chaotic. Uncaring staff. During the day, this location is a zoo, with children, homeless, and teenagers everywhere. In the evening, there are people harassing you for money and food in the parking lot, as well as coming up to your car while you are stuck in the drive-through. The staff does nothing to help. They will take your money and slam the window. There have been assaults, robberies, and open-drug use for the past 5+ years at this location. The store needs to hire private security 24x7 or have a police officer stationed in the evenings. If you want to visit the worst McD's of your life and risk getting hurt or robbed, stop here.
