I wanted to use their restroom before I make a purchase. And I could not
The lady at the register said I have to first make a purchase in order to use the restroom.
Kind of sad. I've been their customer for many years

kind of impolite i don’t know if she was an employee or manager but assumed my dog wasn’t a service animal and kicked me out

Bad consumer service the lady was rude and bad actitud with the guest.

The service is terrible! They can’t even make a hot decaf drink! There too busy smoking weed in the back! The music blasting! They allow weed to be sold in the store and smoke in front! Sign posted no smoking 25 feet of entrance. They allow weed smoking right at the door! This location should just close!

You have to order something to use the restroom. I have never seen starbucks like that, definitely this location needs to be audited.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this Starbucks location. As soon as I walked in, the woman at the register looked at my dog and immediately said, “This dog needs to be outside.” No greeting, no kindness—just pure attitude. When I calmly informed her that this is a service dog, she gave me a nasty look and snapped back with a sarcastic “okay.” I then asked for her name, and she responded, “Ugh Uh,” refusing to identify herself. Completely unprofessional.

What’s even more ridiculous is that Starbucks is known for being dog-friendly—they offer puppuccinos and have always welcomed service dogs at every other location I’ve visited. I’ve never encountered this kind of hostility before.

To make it worse, right after she took my order, she told her coworker she needed a break and went outside to smoke right in front of the entrance—in uniform. I even took a picture because I honestly couldn’t believe what I was witnessing. Is this what Starbucks’ customer service and employee training have come to?

This location clearly needs some serious retraining, both in customer service and in basic understanding of ADA compliance.

“This dog needs to be outside.” This is how we were greeted by the lady at the register. She was so rude as if she hates her job. Once I informed her this is a service dog, she responded with a very strong and offensive tone, “okay”. When I asked her name, she said, “Ugh Uh.” Wow, this is the worst customer service I’d ever seen.

Starbucks offers puppy cups everywhere and I had no issues with taking my dog to any of the locations but this one. I’m wondering if this specific location even complies with the Starbucks corporate standards.

Once she’s done taking my order, she told her coworker that she needed a break and went outside to start smoking right in front of the shop. Very interesting. With such a loose employee training, I want to work for Starbucks as well lol. Attached is a picture of her smoking in front of the Starbucks.

I ordered on the app, arrived 15 minutes later to the store and waited another 20 minutes to get my order. I think they only had one person working it. This is crazy im about to just cancel everything and leave.

Horrible, it takes a long time, the employees talk a lot and wait for the orders to accumulate, the taste is horrible, it didn't taste like anything, my frappe was more ice than anything else, terrible place

This is the second time they have given me an ugly lavander matcha, it has no lavander at all and the matcha is super strong 👎👎👎 here is the horrible presentation! 🤮
