Honestly, the facility and staff were all just fine. However, the language barrier really caused me to have a bad experience. I got a chicken, bacon, ranch, and instead of confirming, what chicken to use the lady just assumed I wanted the rotisserie, then proceeded to put too many tomatoes, then too much mayo I took one bite and could not do it. I went back and got a little bit of attitude, but they did correct the sandwich so the effort and customer service was there, but it was still a bad experience.

I placed a $96 order just to have the driver call me and tell me that they’re canceling my order. All because they don’t want to do their job and make the sandwiches. I’m a manager in the food service industry for the last 15 years. That is completely unacceptable and disgusting on their part to just cancel someone’s order. I have experience in both fast, casual, and full service. Whoever runs this location should have a nice little chat with their staff. On a side note, I don’t often write reviews. This is legitimately the third review I’ve ever written ever.

Very clean Subway however they have gone downhill with presentation of the subs...they just throw everything on the sandwich in a sloppy way, are very stingy when it comes to meat. I did an All American and the bacon was so tiny and thin and at first they heated it for 10 seconds and it was barely cooked then she cooked it longer to the point where the bacon was burnt and combined with the other piece so it looked like one little burnt strip. It doesn't matter if it's two slices of bacon but if the bacon is tiny and burnt, you should add another piece. Then they are playing religious music loud in the store which is not appropriate for any establishment especially a chain restaurant. I will not be coming back to this location

A very clean, friendly atmosphere. The owner is super friendly and helpful. The staff greets everyone with a welcoming smile. They listen and make sure your sandwich is made to perfection. Ireally enjoy coming to this Subway. Highly recommend.

I went to buy a drink and the lady started telling me things about my previous bad comment, she told me things like, that the food was fresh when it is not and saying that they treated the customers well when she is telling me that her boss He said not to sell me any more food, I'll just leave you this, do you think that if the food was fresh they would deny it to me? bad service because it was not only my soup but also my friend's and sometimes I have bought pizza that is hard that is not fresh

I bought a broccoli soup and it didn't taste good and I went back to the store with the soup so they could change it for me and instead of offering an apology for the Inconveniently, the lady decided to return the money to me without any response and rudely. The worst experience on a subway.

My friend and I ordered buy one footlong get one free..mind she got her and her sister the same sandwich just no olives on one then. They put it on both when it was in her order that she didn't want it meaning did not select it in one sandwich. So they messed up her order since it was ordered online. She called and employee said they had to be made the same. I got my husband and myself 2 different styles footlong and it's never been a rule so they didn't care to correct thr issue at all. I got an chicken sub and an Italian bmt it was not made the same way. Clearly poor management and service. Did not want to correct her issue. Olive leave a tang so she did not eat it

It is very appropriate for the Latin population especially since there is always someone who assists you in Spanish and now with a new renewed menu that gives an air of freshness to the gastronomic variety of these sandwiches.
They take an hour to make a sandwich and a dusk skin lady told me that I was poor only cuz i had to pay 12.28 and I gave her 12 dollars and the 28 cents and she was like ohh poor no money like b you working at subway not me ????
