I’m making this an issue because the manager on duty tonight named Jordan, she was very rude and disrespectful. She came to the counter and said the Auntie was closed with an attitude. She was rude did disrespectful. I was telling her that I was exchanging my sandwich because my sandwich was messed up. It was incorrect and the way how she was moving her hand Talking about the inside was closed when I didn’t know the inside was closed. She should’ve said that in a proper way and a proper manner that’s not how our manager supposed to create their sales. this is not the first time that people have incidents with this manager It’s like she was being a very aggressive, rude and disrespectful

Person in drive thru was rude and upset. Kept cutting me off as I was trying to order. It’s not my fault you can’t handle simple requests from customers without getting irritated. Don’t work in customer service then if you can’t handle the basics!

Food is usually correct. Never have issues getting compensated if it’s not. Never have an issue with service, and the speed of service is usually very decent. They’re doing well to be the only Wendy’s open in the area while others renovate.

This Wendy’s don’t give you a receipt and when you ask for it the cashier (doesn’t matter who’s the cashier) roll their eyes. Big red flag.

I had a take out order last week. When I arrived home I found the Burgers to be not fresh . The lettuce was soggy and sandwich was like warm. Obviously it was prepared. The next time I will go inside and request a freshly cook burger. I spent 15.00 plus dollars.

Every time I come to Wendy's I come for a Bacon Cheeseburger...the last 3 times I have ordered a sandwich it came without bacon. Then today when I let them know that my sandwich again did not have bacon that I paid for and the young lady touched my sandwich without gloves they slapped some bacon on it and refused to make a new sandwich. I only come here because it's convenient. I need to find a new place.

This is totally dry I ordered a burning buffalo and I have some wings with just a few drops of sauce please we pay for a service and no one will give me a discount just they will say sorry this is good I hope this helps improve
