This Wendy’s don’t give you a receipt and when you ask for it the cashier (doesn’t matter who’s the cashier) roll their eyes. Big red flag.

I had a take out order last week. When I arrived home I found the Burgers to be not fresh . The lettuce was soggy and sandwich was like warm. Obviously it was prepared. The next time I will go inside and request a freshly cook burger. I spent 15.00 plus dollars.

Every time I come to Wendy's I come for a Bacon Cheeseburger...the last 3 times I have ordered a sandwich it came without bacon. Then today when I let them know that my sandwich again did not have bacon that I paid for and the young lady touched my sandwich without gloves they slapped some bacon on it and refused to make a new sandwich. I only come here because it's convenient. I need to find a new place.

This is totally dry I ordered a burning buffalo and I have some wings with just a few drops of sauce please we pay for a service and no one will give me a discount just they will say sorry this is good I hope this helps improve

i get wendy’s because it is quick, cheap and close during my lunch break. i order online and select the “drive through” option. this is the only wendy’s open in this area and it is god awful. i am constantly told that “drive through” is only for door dash but it’s an option given on their own website for this location and i’ve never had a problem with it before. my order is constantly wrong. i received the wrong drink and a handful of salt packets instead of the sauces that i order. employees that are rude and very unprofessional. we need these other locations to open back up ASAP.

Very bad custumer service the guy at the register(no name tag) made me wait 45min for a third-party order,tried to communicate on the status of the order multiple times keep on checking my phone and no replay also noticed other customers start arguments with frustration ...after long wait I was informed order is not available so uncomfortable to see such a disorganized service [0ct 17th 20:00hrs]

Was okay‘ish, got the Krabby Patty combo but it didn’t hold up to the recommendations. The burger tasted mostly just like a normal whopper but the fries were pretty solid. The pineapple ice cream though was way to sweet and actually only enjoyable because I paid like 4$ for it… But the most random thing was that I wanted to wash my hands before eating. But first of all they had a lock on the bathroom door (not a PIN code lock, a key lock!) and I got told that somehow someone took apparently the ONLY key for this door home?? Also it was pretty amazing seeing someone doing a work meeting with a webcam in a Wendy’s(?). But to end on a good note it was really nice seeing a homeless man fishing a cup out of the trash and filling it on the refill station, actually wholesome because he didn’t bother anyone and was just thirsty. But wouldn’t come back, except for a Chum Burger, wich is probably more fitting anyways…
Terrible service, the food was cold, the order was incomplete, so bad that they can't even give you napkins or straws.

I went through the drive-thru tonight and had two orders. My order was an apple pecan salad and potato. I had to stop throwing away the brown lettuce or I would have no salad. They asked me to pull up to the door and the gentleman wasted the soda on my car, I called back twice to let them know about salad and no answer. I will never ever go to that particular Wendy’s again I will stick with mine in Silver Spring where they serve fresh salad.

Cashier was nice enough but I didn’t get my baked potatoe, Parmesan dressing and the chicken wasn’t cut up for one of my salad orders. Pretty disappointed and I can’t review them online because I never get a receipt.
