The food gets an A. The service and the atmosphere get a 20 on the 10 scale. If we were local this would be our new Sunday morning spot. The homestylecooking, friendly amazing service, like everyone is family when you walk in. Perfect perfect perfect. Thank you so much to making the last stop of our weekend trip such a memorable one!

We have gone here many times for their Sunday Brunch. The food is always really good and the servers are really good (if not overwhelmed at times). The only complaint is that sometimes the person making omelettes gets so busy that we end up leaving before the Omelettes are ready (SADLY). I have to recommend this place for brunch and be sure to order the Bloody Mary (they are really good).

It's set right on the water, with dining outside under shade trees, inside a screened porch, or fully indoors. A great setting, and Oh! the oysters! Sensational! For a detailed review, see John tanners bbq blog and search "reluctant"

I've been here three times so far (once for dinner, twice for Sunday breakfast buffet). I've never had a bad experience. Service was great and staff is really friendly and makes you feel like a regular even on your first visit. For dinner, my wife had fish and chips (catfish for the fish which was different in a good way) and I had the snakehead (which to me tasted similar to catfish with a better texture). Definitely looking forward to trying other dishes. My wife loves the sweet bacon and grits in the breakfast buffet. Server recommended I try the bread pudding, which I am normally not a fan of, but there's was delicious. Anyone looking for some good seafood in a casual and friendly atmosphere should check this place out.

A very enjoyable and relaxing atmosphere away from the busy city life

Family oriented, great service. The staff were very friendly and came around several times to refill glasses, etc. The crab cakes were delicious! There was a hiccup with missing sides and a steak not cooked as ordered but the staff more than made it right. Hope to come back again!

This restaurant in located at Tall Timbers Marina on creek off Potomac where I gas up my boat. Friendly owner and staff. Very good breakfast buffet with cool to order omelet station. Look fwd to trying their oysters from oyster farm soon.

The worker that was on the shorter side with dark hair and a soul patch was very nice to me and my para pelican daughter. (Place smelled divine)

Great oyster. Friendly folks. Location on the watet. Rudtic and laid back. A gem of a sea shanty.

Stopped in here during the off-season, the cook was incredible, he was also the waiter and made us feel very welcome. Oyster stew is excellent, everyone was very friendly and we had a great time, highly recommended.
