Nothing exciting about this place or food

Tried to give me a bag without all my food when I said something they all turned their back(I’m assuming they didn’t speak English and they were not just ignoring me but either way I won’t be back) the order screens work, they are very disorganized and not making the food correctly so the wait time increased by lack of paying attention to the order, but make the customer wait ask him to get a refund to wait elsewhere wasting time and gas? If you can’t handle the volume then you shouldn’t false advertise that you can

Revisit (new management) Collard greens, onion rings, fried fish not bad. The grease was old and I can taste it in the shrimp. Good customer service.

The waffles are always really good and melt in your mouth. The chicken is ok . The fish is ok. The service was ok. You can sit inside but I only do carryout.

I ordered catering for a party and the food was great!

Today is my second time ordering online, and I thought I might review my orders. I am an x cook in the US Merchant Marines, and attention to detail means a lot. The presentation and taste of the food and the portion size exceeded my expectations. As long as this restaurant continues to serve its customers in this manner, it will succeed. Kudos to the chef for plating my food in a manner that not only looks good but also tastes good.

The fried chicken (wing, thigh, drumstick) was VERY small and VERY, VERY dry. The waffle was okay.
The staff doesn't know the phrases, "may I help you" or "thank you." The guy just shoved the bag at me.

The breakfast is a wasssssssssSSSSSSSTE baby the sausage is microwaved not even fried the home fries is need to MOVE ?? the eggs wasn’t moisturized - baby stick with the lunch

DIRTY. I got breakfast from here , they gave me RAW CHICKEN not once but twice. The first time they told me I cant get a refund because I took a bite of the waffle sounds dumb but okay. They offer to remake it , the food got checked ,it seem cool I got all the way back to work the other chicken was pink .soo They don’t wanna give me my hard working coins back ima give them a low rating and mess up they overall rating. don’t go and ps that’s waffle was thick and nasty. I just wanted my $$ back dummies (the picture with the chicken tender and waffle was the first time i went)

and may I add they told me that’s the chicken is cooked and if I want it well done I need to tell them. like huh? I gotta tell you to actually cook the food is crazy.
