Customer service is horrible. Food not ready and bad attitude from staff. They also treated the Uber drivers poorly. The cashier was rude and extremely lazy. This please needs better management

Food gross , an absolute nightmare I should’ve turned away when I seen the workers but I had hope not only did the guy in the front get my order wrong but he answered the phone while taking my order and begin to take there order !! Not only that the cake was so old and stale it taste like it had been fried with the chicken -1 I will never be back

I recently heard about this place from my wife and she recommended me to try this place mind you this place is nowhere near my house. It’s about a 30 minute drive I get there. I go to one of their kiosk and order a simple chicken and waffles that’s it just a chicken and waffle. I proceeded to wait approximately 30 to 40 minutes for just a chicken and waffle. I am seeing everyone get called before me and after me I get up to figure out what is going on with my order. I just ordered a chicken and waffle. The Spanish lady then proceeds to look at my receipt. And figure out why my order was not put in so I wait another 10 to 15 minutes People Are still getting their food I proceeded to get my money back mind you there is no type of Sympathy or concern on why I was getting my money back. This is very sad and I’m very disappointed in the customer service mind you I just ordered a chicken and waffle. I was so mad that I proceeded to go back into the store to figure out why is there no sympathy or no customer service on why why I wanted my money back then there was a Jamaican lady that just said “you got your money back So there’s nothing we can do” And I just sat there and thought in my head no way she just said that, but it is what it is. Will never go here again.

WHYYYYYY would you put this in my food when it clearly says NO ONIONS NO PEPPERS. No ketchup no hot sauce provided, pretty sure I paid for that. Like this place must be run by children, because no one is reading the orders clearly. They’re gonna serve you what THEY want, not what you ordered and paid for!

Nothing exciting about this place or food

Tried to give me a bag without all my food when I said something they all turned their back(I’m assuming they didn’t speak English and they were not just ignoring me but either way I won’t be back) the order screens work, they are very disorganized and not making the food correctly so the wait time increased by lack of paying attention to the order, but make the customer wait ask him to get a refund to wait elsewhere wasting time and gas? If you can’t handle the volume then you shouldn’t false advertise that you can

Revisit (new management) Collard greens, onion rings, fried fish not bad. The grease was old and I can taste it in the shrimp. Good customer service.

The waffles are always really good and melt in your mouth. The chicken is ok . The fish is ok. The service was ok. You can sit inside but I only do carryout.

Today is my second time ordering online, and I thought I might review my orders. I am an x cook in the US Merchant Marines, and attention to detail means a lot. The presentation and taste of the food and the portion size exceeded my expectations. As long as this restaurant continues to serve its customers in this manner, it will succeed. Kudos to the chef for plating my food in a manner that not only looks good but also tastes good.
