I absolutely LOVE the Owings Mills Blvd location. Monica and her staff are the best! Don't forget to get your smoothie w/out any sugar so you don't become addicted to more than the great taste. Especially since the corporation doesn't appreciate its customers. Corporate has increased the amount of points needed for a free smoothie from 550 to 1200 overnight w/out warning. That's more than double! No increase of points per smoothie either. I used to spend $9.00 to $18.00 a day there, every day, and it now takes more than twice as long to receive a free smoothie. I'll simply go a few more times until I've reached that month long wait for a free one that used to take about a week. Corporate is the problem and I've called to complain. No call back so I'll be calling again. With inflation thr prices have increased and I'm at the point where I tell people I used to encourage to go there NOT to support Tropical Smoothie AT ALL! Something needs to give and quick! I will no longer be supporting the company myself. The customers are who keep the business afloat and if you're not satisfying them you have no business. Period.

I had a similar experience, I went to one somewhere between Silver Spring and Chevy Chase and I order peanut butter, banana, and granola crunch on flatbread and a mango, strawberry, and banana smoothie. The peanut butter granola crunch was delicious but the smoothie tasted like the fruit that they used wasn't ripped and fresh, it had a bitter taste, but on 04/20/23 yesterday I brought the exact same thing, and I loved the banana, peanut butter crunch but the smoothie I only tasted the mango but no pineapple or strawberry at all but I've gone to other tropical smoothies and was very satisfied with everything, I guess it's who and how the ppls make it and whether or not if they use enough ingredients and the freshness of the fruit.

Made my peanut butter wraps sloppy. Also put granola when I asked for no granola which I can’t eat because of my braces. There is barely any peanut butter and a quarter banana . Don’t have time to get it fixed because I’m on my way to work. Now I’m hungry and my money is wasted. They weren’t even busy. Def won’t come back here

I love tropical smoothie. I am so happy there are more in the community. We have a healthier option. Not only can you get your fresh fruits and veggie smoothies they have breakfast lunch and slight dinner options. The location here has good customer service and is not as busy as other locations. I pretty much get my order right away. All smiles . Thanks tropical smoothie.

Ordered 2 smoothies through their app Driver spills drinks at my building entrance. I called the store to issue out a refund and they told me they do not give refunds and I would have to address it with driver but could not or just would not provide me with any information to do so. So I definitely don’t recommend delivery
