The buffet is what we always get. The chicken is crispy and delicious! TONS of ingredients for the salad bar, fresh made breads, average veggie choices, a so so taco bar, but the deserts are superb!! nd their prices are affordable. They also have a gift shop with some unique items. If you are in the market for jigsaw puzzles, this place is a must go to place! So so many puzzles I have never seen elsewhere.
After 30 years of my family going to Mountain Gate, there's a reason we keep coming back. Good food (always buy the buffet! you won't regret it). Service is good, accomadations (tables, booths, and special even seating). This is a country atmosphere, very relaxed and seniors & kids are especially welcome.
The three of us each got the buffet which was continuously attended to so everything offered was always available and the bar was kept tidy with plates and bowls available when you need them. Be sure to get the ham!
