Dunkin' is a very busy place with friendly staff. However, ordering can be confusing, as it is difficult to hear when items are called out, and orders are sometimes left on the counter. A mobile order of the $6 special on the app was ready after 15 minutes. The coffee was lukewarm or warm as usual. The bagel sandwich had all ingredients ordered, and the hash browns were still crispy. The store had Halloween themed decorations.
