Food was delish!! Megan was oit waitress and she was phenomenal! Very attentive, on top of request, and made great suggestions!

🦀 We tried Furnace Grill & Crab House again. Went there last summer and we had an awful experience. Thought we'd try it again. It was like night and day since last year. Service was top notch. All staff was working together, owner was even there and doing what needed done to keep moving smoothly. Crabs were big and full. Great flavor. Will definitely be back.

Our small group waited over an hour and a half to get food. Place was not busy but tables needed cleaned off. There was an inebriated man floating around harassing staff and patrons at the bar and tables, made us feel very uncomfortable. Waitresses were apologetic about the wait but there were other staff standing around talking or out back smoking that could have been cleaning tables or helping prepare food. They did discount because of the wait but the food was still overpriced for quality. We typically give a place a second try but we will avoid this place.

Stopped in on the way to Harper‘s ferry should’ve been a message that there were only a few cars in the parking lot. We still went in. They’re two benches in the hallway leading up to the restaurant makes travel with a walker or a wheelchair of which my mother was in difficult at best air conditioning was so cold that even with a turtleneck and a sweater on and a sweatshirt for myself, we all still froze. The crab dip came out in a soup bowl not the customary oven, baked dip, and it was supposedly advertise the slump crab meat. I never saw a speck lump crab meat. There might’ve been some crab flavoring and cream cheese, and instead of the traditional dry bread or baguette, they gave you two pieces of white toast, garlic BLT was overcooked and greasy that my mother got french fries were nice and a good quantity wouldn’t be my First choice a once and only stopped in on the way to Harpers Ferry should’ve kept going

The food and the service were excellent. We otdered the all you can eat special and each item came out promptly and cooked perfectly . Our family hopes to return soon.

Great place to get traditional Maryland crab. They were very busy when we visited so service was slow. Food was excellent. We sat at the bar and the locals were friendly. Showed us how to open the steamed crabs and shared places to visit.

The food was great, but took forever to come out of the kitchen and they forgot the side of fries until I was half way through my meal.

Great for good and drinks. They were great especially during the lockdown. There AYCE was good however a bit slow do to amount of staff vs crowd. Still the staff was friendly.

Used to go to this place, but food has gotten worse over time and the service really slow. Last time took over 1 hour to get our food and the waitress was no where to be found.... not going back to this place, save your money

This is the second time I have been here this year. The first time it took 20 minutes to get an appetizer and 50 minutes to get a steak and cheese sub. There were only 7 people in the restaurant. This time went with a larger group. We had to cancel 3 orders because we didn't get them, meanwhile 5 other tables got similar orders that we had ordered. It took an hour and 15 minutes before we even got our food. I would not recommend this place at all. it was in July and the temperature in the building was at least 85°.

This is completely a LACK OF PROPER MANAGEMENT!!

Amazing all-you-can-eat crab and shrimp deals; service very good and a little slow; inside mostly filled with tables in a big space and a few booths; outdoor seating available and bar; no alcoholic beverage menu (older review: reposting to fix typo)
