I was on Tilghman Island early this morning and stopped at Two if by Sea for breakfast. I had seen pictures of the pancakes on FB and had to try them.
First, the restaurant has that nice down home feel from the minute you arrive. And the staff are all very sweet and they look happy to be there. Debbie was my waitress and her nephew also helped. Reservations for parties of 5 or more. Tables available to split up but was not offered. We asked for next reservation but nope… stopped taking reservations at 11. It was 11:05. Incompetence….
We stopped in for breakfast and was greeted with a friendly smile at the small entrance near the counter. The hostess was honest about the wait and assured us it would be worth it! The chef had soft shell crab egg Benedict as a special with good old eastern shore real sautéd chunky potato hash and fresh fruit. The scrapple is cooked crispy and an original Maryland/De favorite.
