My husband and I had a late breakfast at the Timonium location on December 27, 2024. Upon arrival, at almost 11:30 AM, the hostess named Samantha, was seating another group of people. We watched Samantha clean tables, set place settings, before returning and seating us. Food was great.
I always enjoy my experience at First Watch but, today I was disappointed. I ordered the new Million Dollar Harvest hash and as I was eating it I felt as though something was missing. I didn't realize until after I left and checked the menu that the herbed goat cheese was missing. Although it was good...I know it would have been better with the goat cheese which is why I say I was disappointed with this experience.

Overall, visitors find the atmosphere great, the staff friendly, and the food enjoyable, with options like the tri-fecta and apple sausage being favorites. The tres leches French toast is very sweet but delicious, making it highly recommended. The family-friendly environment and welcoming vibe keep guests coming back to this location.
