My husband and I had a late breakfast at the Timonium location on December 27, 2024. Upon arrival, at almost 11:30 AM, the hostess named Samantha, was seating another group of people. Food was great.
I always enjoy my experience at First Watch but, today I was disappointed. I ordered the new Million Dollar Harvest hash and as I was eating it I felt as though something was missing. I didn't realize until after I left and checked the menu that the herbed goat cheese was missing. Pancakes are described as huge and yummy, and the avocado toast is praised as the best. The coffee is great, and they offer oat milk as an option. The atmosphere is clean, and the service is wonderful. When customers bring their children, the staff ensures the children are served first. The food is wholesome and hearty, with good portions at reasonable prices. The establishment is very clean and well maintained, and staff are courteous, knowledgeable, and great at recommending menu items.
The restaurant is consistently a pleasant experience. The server, Kade, was an absolute pleasure, and the Kale drink is described as amazing. The food was hot when it arrived, and customers will definitely return. Some recent visits included dishes like the Belgium waffle, scrabble eggs, bacon, and potatoes, although the waffle was a bit burnt and hard. Overall, visitors find the atmosphere great, the staff friendly, and the food enjoyable, with options like the tri-fecta and apple sausage being favorites. The tres leches French toast is very sweet but delicious, making it highly recommended. The family-friendly environment and welcoming vibe keep guests coming back to this location.
