Check the expiration dates on your food. Sam's club sold me a brisket dip that was A MONTH EXPIRED
To pay over $600 to order tires then be told you have to wait over a week to get the tires installed in is beyond ridiculous and the worst customer service I have ever heard!! I am definitely canceling my membership. I rather ride to BJs or Costco. This new system is absurd!!

#1 in customer satisfaction for what - the pharmacy? I have been a Plus member for nearly 10 years, and am experiencing a BIG problem with a delivery I was supposed to receive this morning.
