Good food if you're in a pinch for cheap food. The wait is usually insanely long. I've had to wait on line for 20 minutes before even ordering before. Then another 20 minutes for them to make it. They certainly take their time but what else can you expect from a college dining hall?
It's a great food option on campus, and it shows by how BUSY it is. That's really the biggest negative is that it gets overwhelmed during certain times. They used to be out of things often, but that has not been a problem I've noticed lately. The dining area is bright with natural light which I enjoy, and the staff I've interacted with are all friendly, just be understanding that it'll take some time when they are busy.
Food's good like any Au Bon Pain. Great selection of sandwiches, soups, and pastries. It's a popular place on campus so it does get busy. As of right now it's open late, to 11pm, not sure if that's permanent though.And like most food services at TU, the service is okay, decent at best. Some employees can't be short with customers, rude even. Or often they will more focused on coversation amongst themselves than on the customer. Granted not all are like...
