First, I would like to say that I truly love Auntie Anne's pretzels. I frequent the location at the Towson mall because it is right next to my office and, as previously mentioned, I love their pretzels. However, today, I left the mall hungry and without a pretzel because the attendant refused to sell me the fresh pretzel nuggets.
