SO GROSS DO NOT EAT HERE! I never leave bad reviews but since I just threw away $100 worth of food felt that it was needed. Two families got two orders worth $45 each. My burger had hair in it (see attached pictures) the fries and onion rings were soggy and had a smell that made me want to gag. Horrible long story, but bottom line is, you can’t get a refund if your order doesn’t get delivered, I’ve been trying for 8 days now to get my refund of about 50 bucks, food never delivered that we ordered on their website. I’ve talked to every manager and not are smart enough or kind enough to refund my money. Avoid BurgerFi at all costs.
Get the bacon cheeseburger!!! That is so good with the Angus beef. The lady working there (Shay) was very good. Very polite and welcoming. Great atmosphere. Good music playing too.
